“Not the kind of place you go to for a sit down experience. There are tables if you want to eat real quick, but it's really a take out bakery. Pastries are delicious, and if you go close to opening, they will be straight out of the oven. Yum!“

“We've been going to San Luis Rey for years now. I came to check to see if they were open late afternoon today and noticed some lady who bought 200 cupcakes and apparently thought an order that size would be baked that morning. It's unrealistic for a little bakery like that. We have had nothing but good food and service there and we've been maybe 200 times now. I've been there so many times I left my credit card there by mistake maybe 3 times now and got it back every time unscathed. Great to eat outdoors in the sunshine or shade. Reasonable prices. Love it.“

Working through emails we were able to coordinate the exact design as well as someone to pick up and deliver the cake. Thank you! The cake was better than I imagined!“
