We placed a large catering order (over 400 sandwiches!) for a company event, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready to go, even coming in to work at midnight the night before. He truly wanted to make sure everything was as easy for us as possible. He and his team were highly responsive and exceeded our expectations- even following up after the event to make sure everything went smoothly. “They are amazing and made my whole day! I’m a healthcare worker and lately walking into any establishment after working a long shift is rough because a lot of places look at you and treat you like you have the plague. Not here. They were pleasant, thanked me for my hard work, apologized for the wait, even though I felt they were very quick, and gave me a free meal because of my hard work (or a big possibility that I looked worn and torn and they felt sorry for me lol). People don’t know how much this simple act means to us right now that are on the front lines with this crazy illness and being in contact with it on a daily basis. Our stress level is high and we are drained in ways I never imagined. I could never thank this staff enough for what to them probably seemed like a simple act of kindness but to me was so much more! 🤗 ❤️“
