“A hearty Cheesesteak sandwich. Prepared right in front of you. Plenty of options and toppings.We went for lunch on a Monday and was not busy. The location is in the middle of an outlet shopping mall. We ate outside to take advantage of the perfect Orange, CA day.Parking is free and plentiful.Good sandwich, swift service, clean tables and eating area. Recommended.“

“This place has some very consistent food. Cant go wrong with the Philly cheesesteak,wings, cajun fries, milkshake and the lemonade. When u say i was full, i was full. I dont eat Philly cheesesteaks much but this place makes me want some more. Their wings hit also. I got the cajun rub and thai flavor. Super dupper yummy. I had to get my cookies and cream shake. That was refreshing on a hot day. They have three types of lemonade, regular lemon, strawberry and peach. All three were delicious. When you go, get the big philly cheese steaks. It had all tyoes of good topping, pickles, lettuce, tomato’s, onions, bell peppers, delicious cheese all wrapped up with the meat. Yummy yummy in my tummy… now for yes cajun fries, YES!!! Finally a place that seasons their fries with cajun seasoning. If you go? Choose the cajun fries first“

Parking: Shopping strip so when it’s busy it can be hard to get a spot.“

“Okay so I went a little awhile ago and this place made me really mad !!!! There was so many young kids working here that didn’t greet customers and had a lot of attitude!But today I went in and it looks like they might of gotten new staff!!! My experience today was the best I walked in and immediately I was greeted by 2 gentlemen & 1 lady !! Then one of the guys immediately took my order very polite!!! Then the cook the guy made sure my order was at perfection before closing up my order he made sure if I wanted any dressing or anything else !!! And the lady was very polite and nice as well !!! This place is now my favorite !!! Thank you all for this experience today !!!!“

“Definitely one of the better places to get a cheesesteak in Orange county conveniently located just off the 55 freeway there's only one drawback sometimes it can take a while to get your food especially if you go during lunch time I highly recommend calling in your order“

“This is the OG spot. Been coming to Philly’s Best for more than 20 years and have a lot of great memories especially at this location! Went to a different one today and they didn’t have the pepper/pickle bar, didn’t serve beer, and no condiments at the tables like this place does.

Not making that mistake again, this was the first Phillys Best where the chain was born and it’s still the best

Parking: Super easy to find parking here, I’ve never had a problem

Kid-friendliness: My dad used to bring me here all the time growing up and I loved the arcade games they had in the corner by the bathroom

“It's been a LONG while since I've eaten at this location, and it's great to see the quality hasn't changed much in terms of their cheese steaks. I've always gone for the Philly's Best or the Pizza Cheese Steak, and this time around I introduced my family to this franchise location, and we all left very satisfied (though a little sleepy from food coma...they do not skimp on the steak here). My son and daughter are not big cheese steak fans, but they devoured their pizza steak and the pizza steak fries.

The cashier was very friendly, and the cook himself brought out our order to us at our table. The service was very friendly and added to the welcoming atmosphere.

Definitely bringing the family back here next visit to Irvine.

Parking: Parking lot is not too big and it's usually full due to a lot of restaurants being in the area. There are two handicapped spots relatively close to Philly's Best.“

“Ordered a cheesesteak online. I arrived after when it was to be prepared, it was made and ready i could see it behind the stand. However, it took at least another 5 minutes for someone else to come and have it to me. It was a great cheesesteak flavors were all balanced and cohesive. Just this timing thing was annoying.“
