It's crispy outside and soft inside... and delicious. We ordered 2 pinsas. One has the same name as the restaurant and was soooooo good, very tasty. We enjoyed both. Their octopus appetizer was one of the best I've ever eaten. Simple preparation that allowed the quality ingredients to shine. The octopus was fresh and tender... not chewy. My spouse loved the grilled exterior of the octopus. I was sorry we did not order 2 of them. Salome our server was wonderful. Her suggestions about the food and wine were spot on. Her only mistake was not suggesting that I order my own octopus appetizer... Still we hope she is our server when we return. Our next time will be for dinner in order to enjoy their full menu.“

The pasta was cooked al dente, the sauce was creamy (but not too thick) and savory, and the veggies were nice and tender. The chicken breast helped round this dish and make it a wholesome meal. I would get this again. $17.45 for dinner as of April 2024. - Prawns Di Savona: Jumbo prawns sautéed with zucchini strips, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic, served over spinach fettuccini in a cream sauce. While it sounds very appealing on paper, unfortunately the flavor was extremely bland. We ended up having to add our own salt and parmesan cheese just to give this dish some flavors. I had a really high expectation but was really disappointed. But the fettuccini noodles were nice, wide and slippery, which I loved. $18 for dinner as of April 2024. - Meat Lasagna: Beef, ricotta, mozzarella and parmigiana with meat sauce. Portion of this dish was much smaller compared to the other pasta dishes we got, but the flavor was okay - it was just a tad too on the saltier side for me. $17.50 for dinner as of April 2024. - Complimentary Bread: The bread was nice but I wish it came to us warm, but instead it was cold/at room temperature. - Complimentary Breadsticks: I really liked the breadsticks (self-serve).“

It is perfect for lunch or relaxing in the afternoon with a coffee or drink. It reminds me of the pizza style at Casa Barotti on College Avenue in Berkeley, but I like the pizza more here and there are more food choices. “I came here with my parents on a random Saturday and I have mixed feelings. First off- it's important to give them huge kudos for the pizza. I was very impressed. The quality of the dough is on point, and the toppings were generous and delicious. They all are in the 9-10 inch range, so small enough to eat one on your own and be full or have leftovers. It also makes it easy to split a few of them amongst several people. The bread they bring as a starter is nothing to write home about. It kind of tasted like that frozen dough you thaw out when you need to throw something together. BUT the red pesto sauce it's served with is to die for. I ended up putting it on everything. Calamari is awesome too.However, I've never tried anything else on their menu. Truth be told, it's because most of the pasta dishes look rather unappetizing. They're swimming in watery sauce. I can't really speak to the taste so I could just be judging a book by its cover, but I'm most likely to just stick to the pizza.As for the service, things get a bit strange. The woman who served us (I think the owner?) was nice enough but her energy was loud, frazzled and intimidating. Whenever she came by the table I would get anxious.It's also not the cleanest or nicest looking- kind of just your run of the mill sticky table type place. “Pizza is still delicious but the loss of salad bar and desire to help customers from the kids behind the counter is a real disappointment. Every pie and bread stick that came out of the oven while we waited over a half hour for a personal salad, two bread sticks, and a small pizza had huge air bubbles that were destroying the items piling up as they came out of the oven while all the employees were standing around hiding in the back. After waiting 20 minutes when I was told it would only take 10 minutes to get food we went back to the counter only to have the employees tell us they had no idea about the order we're talking about. Finally after going through all the employees we were given part of our order and had to remind them about the rest. Upon arriving home 45 minutes later we found these so called bread sticks that resembled piles of dough bubbles. Sad to see a great pizza place go so far downhill.“

We bike very often along the trail and this is perfect stop to make in the shade and sit outside and enjoy one of their many beers on tap or a glass of wine. Their crust is thin, and crunchy but is able to hold a decent amount of toppings without getting soggy. They were extremely friendly and very accommodating to my wife and I the food was really good. I love cold pizza but I definitely like hoarded all the pizza the next day I didn't let anybody else have any I'm I'm just being honest it was that good. This is definitely a takeout place they have two little tables inside which you're welcome to use.
