“We tried the falafel, pita, and hummus and it was amazing! It is one of the best hummus I’ve had- the texture was so smooth and delicious. They are serving out of the Colony food kitchen on Lincoln Blvd in Venice, and we just happened to walk by. Highly recommend!”

“I took my husband for Father’s Day brunch/lunch at our favorite Italian restaurant here in the Palisades and as always it did not disappoint. It never does. He loved his steak and eggs, steak was Devine and I loved my chick pea soup. Always have the panne cotta and the cherry gelato and an espresso in their delightful patio and you’ve been to Italy!”

“This was the 6th tea experience in 6 months and was hands down the best service of all the places we have been. The desserts were really good. The tea had several nice options. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were a miss for both me and my friend. The scone was also more of a biscuit. The view was nice from most of the tables, but ours was in the corner and we just had a view of a dirt hill. The room was very stark, no decor at all. But the tables were nicely set.”

“This is definitely one of the oldest and nicest place in LA to offer good food next to a public and accessible beach.
One of the best time to go is by mid-afternoon as it’s less crowded and in the winter you can enjoy the sunset by 5pm. They do offer a lot of seafood dishes from the traditional clams chowder to the lovely lobster roll. For the kids they have a couple off-menu options such as a special kids fish n chips.
Definitely a great spot that I recommend for brunch and afternoon drinks and snacks.

“everything was great! i have 2 girls and they can never eat the same thing. so tonight one got pasta with homemade and large meatballs and the other one and i split a pizza! then we ALL enjoyed the garlic bread and yummy cinnamon knots. i have had similar eats at Dominoes and this blows them away! we will be back soon for the rest of the yummy stuff on the menu. oh, and the price was super reasonable, very good bang for your buck!”

“It is a fast food place...they are located in a strategic place...where on the way you can fill up with gas...and...give them time for the food...they serve you very quickly...the food is on point...and Besides, it has bathrooms... which will take you out of trouble...”

“I loved that when we came in they were playing Death (the punk band) really loud in the kitchen and then when we were waiting to pay GG Allin's "I need adventure" came on (one of my favorite GG tracks!) And it made the teenagers behind us feel really awkward and weird, ahahahah probably their first time in their lives hearing real punk rock! Kudos to their impeccable musical taste!! Down to hang out there again. Also, the food wasn't that cold so that was a first for Chipotle, good job!”

“This was a great brunch and starting with the grapefruit and juniper spritz set the right tone because they were perfectly balanced. I hate cocktails that throw off the balance with alcohol. Baked scallops, great flavor; lobster pasta I highly recommend because the sauce could be eaten by itself it’s so good; smoke salmon Benedict was done to perfection and the highlight for me was the addition of avocado and a very thin super crispy muffin! I always think muffins are too big so that was a big plus for me.”
