“The soup was extremely extremely good because of the udon and tofu. The tofu reminds me of elastic balls. The udon soup broth was extremely hot it was really good as well! The people there are also extremely friendly! However I don't like how they got rid of the candles and how dim the lights are. The inside of the restaurant is also really dark I almost tripped and f#cking died!!! When I was done with my food, I ordered mochi. I recommend the strawberry, mango, and vanilla mochi. Some of the employees are not super smart and not experienced. Most of them are experienced though!“

“Wanted a really good Italian sandwich and found this little place that I passed on Lincoln 10thousand times before. It's adorable inside and has a small cute patio too. Employees were very friendly. Seems like a real local spot. Food was homemade right in front of me and delicious. Pastries and all sorts of yummy drinks too.“

Interestingly the place was pretty empty both nights & yet heat lamps outside seemed scarce, forcing seating next to each other/close when there were plenty of open tables. “This was our first time here. We ordered the wonton chicken ramen soup and Orion beer plus appetizers. The service was very friendly and attentive. Our server Kahlia was great! She was very patient with us and took the time to explain the menu since we were not familiar with the restaurant. She recommended her favorite menu items and were glad she did. This place is a local staple and provides the highest quality fish at great price. Not sure where else in LA that you can still get a phenomenal Chirashi bowl for $26! Why would I go anywhere else?“

“Food was absolutely incredible, my table shared a lot of our rolls, etc and every single one was amazing. An amazing location overlooking the beach, we managed to catch a stunning sunset with our 7:15 reservation. “Like what everyone said, i tried this place due to a friend's recommendation. The food is great, too bad you can't add additional proteins in your value meal. Their drinks are delicious and refreshing. It is reasonably priced, for a meal comes with a bowl + sauce + cookie. Would come back and try their other sauces - their sesame sauce is delicious so its their spicy sauce! If you like bibimbap, you would like this! its the same thing but healthier as instead of rice its more veggies like salad! love the American korean fusion!“

“This is my second time going here and my first time ordering the pho. I wasn't expecting anything authentic, you shouldn't either. It's a bit salty, and I think they add some nontraditional ingredients to it. However, the target audience are college students who are are craving some Asian brothy soups and I think it caters to just that! For me personally, my throat was hurting, so I really wanted some good Asian soup, and my throat wasn't hurting once while eating this! Additionally the prices are definitely reasonable for the large portions they provide. The service is really good, but you should also be prepared to try to get their attention because they are always busy.“

“went with a group of 7, takes reservations so as long as the entire party is there on time, you'll be seated promptly. it's a small restaurant but i like that our group had our own large table with two grills. it does get busy though, so you'd have to hail down someone to continue ordering. AYCE time limit begins with the first round/order, and menu has so many options - from appies to desserts. they don't have radish paper but their garlic rice was so good! especially loved topping our dinner off with s'mores grilled over the fire.“

However I will say the people working Saturday afternoon shifts made the soup this time around way too oily, couldn’t even enjoy the soup. “Great restaurant. I really enjoyed eating the bento meal with the different options. Entry dishes were good. One thing that really made me feel bad for one of the younger waitresses was that another waitress reprimanded her in front of us regarding how she was picking up the plates from the table. “Id kill for some Spicy Crab Salad and Spicy Tuna. We stopped here last month to try their Poke bowls and sushi. I ordered us some Spicy Crab salad and spicy tuna, and it was beyond delicious. Burning my mouth a little bit, but nothing extreme lol. NIce spot here in the heart of Downtown Westwood. Nice staff and great people working here. I hope I have another chance to visit.“
