“Yummy soft serve. Had myself the brown sugar caramel which was lovely on this hot day and also got my son an Oreo soft serve too. Plus just bought some of their mochi waffles which is cheaper than the boba shop waffles. It’s around 3.00 compared to 6-7 at a boba shop. The maple mochi waffle is yummy.“

Chocolate rose was not that good, it tasted a little dry. The strawberry matcha coconut didn’t really taste like any of those flavors but it was still good. “This is one of those classic old donut shops, which to me (a donut connoisseur) is the golden standard for donuts and is where one finds the truly good donuts. Plus, the staff are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend visiting them sometime.“

Got mochi doughnuts and they were really good like it was made to order! They dip the doughnuts when you order. Their doughnuts taste much better then other name brand places!“

“I found this place while waiting for my food next door surprisingly. Other than the kid-favorite sprinkled donuts and holes, we asked them about their Filipino menu items . They apparently are known for their empanadas. People were coming in to buy trays full of them for their parties. I had to try them.Now each time I’m driving through the area, I swing by. They rarely have them in the donut display shelves. You need to ask them if they have them in the back. They do a great job for a small shop! ??“

“I have never written a review for a restaurant before, but I had to for this place. Me and my friends are road-tripping down the coast of California and we stopped for gas and noticed this breakfast spot near by. Walking in you can feel the warm energy of the owners and they are immediately there to help you. The food ended up being a 10/10, absolutely amazing. I got the BLT on a bagel and was thrilled. They even chatted with us and gave us each a free donut. The kindness of these owners and the vibe and quality of the restaurant is unmatched. I’m writing this as I’m eating I’m so happy.

ROYAL DOUNTS (THIS LOCATION) is the BEST dounts I've had in my life! Cash only, but I'm happy to support a local business, the own is awesome. “Donuts were served warm and fresh, and every bite was perfection. The coffee was equally delicious and paired perfectly with everything.

The highlight of my visit was the service. Brianna was so kind and welcoming. Watching her carefully prepare my order and then personally bring it out with the sweetest smile made the whole experience feel extra special. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, and as a local, this is definitely a place I'll be returning to again and again“

“I had to stop by Royal Donut Cafe because of all of the great reviews I saw on Yelp! And I must say that I wasn't disappointed at all! The staff was awesome! “I went to a Starbread at a different location a few years ago and fell in love with the señiorita bread. I was in San Francisco for a few days and found out there was a Starbread here as well. I wanted to go back and get the bread that I remembered being so good. Well, this place did not disappoint! The señiorita bread was actually better here, it was fresh and sweet and buttery! Because I was traveling back home, I only got 10 for $6 however next time I will be getting a bigger box to bring back home!“

“A gem in my neighborhood that I have ignored is the small business and Cantonese bakery “Donut Time,” which sells Vietnamese sandwiches, Hong Kong Milk Tea, pineapple buns (bo1 lo1 bao6), tarts (dan1 tat6), and different Cantonese pastries.

The clerk was generous, and gracious. I ordered a Hong Kong milk tea, drank about a third of it, and politely asked if I could give her 75 cents to fill my cup with black coffee, but she let me do it for free.

The items are cheap, and if you are time-strapped and need to get to work at 7 AM, this is an excellent spot for my neighbors here on Noriega Street.“

“Hey, a donut shop open 24 hours with a huge selection and clean inside and outside space. The guy at the counter was friendly. Coffee and hot chocolate. Apparently they have sandwiches too although I did not get one when I stopped by at 2 AM late on a Friday night.

No indoor seating or restroom available late at night. There was space outside to sit in the fresh air.

Got an assortment of three different donuts, and also two chocolate croissants and a hot chocolate. Try the one with nuts before I left. Very tasty!“

“What a GEM! In town for a concert at Cow Palace and loved this place. The croissants were the best I’ve had in my life and he makes them. They were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft/flaky on the inside. Husband and I loved our breakfast so much we went back the same day for lunch. Loved the Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea as well. Everything was amazing.“
