“Our friends told us about Polly Ann's ice cream, so the next time we drove to the city, we decided to finally try it.
There was a decent line of customers in front of the shop, we had to wait about 15 minutes, but it was ok. Very understandable.
They have a big list of delicious flavors. My husband and I got coffee & Oreo cookies, and l also got a scoop of cherry vanilla. Cherry vanilla was good! Overall, we thought, that it was just an average ice cream, nothing special. Yes, the options are very impressive, but it didn't taste the best I have ever tried. By the way, I loved the wheel idea, very clever!“

“This is a charming ice cream shop on broadway Burlingame. They have a great selection of tasty hand crafted ice creams, yogurts , sorbets, chocolates and candies. It's an ice cream shop that fulfill the most posh of taste. My favorite is the Ube ice cream . Its so luscious , thick and creamy texture with a mellow, subtle nutty, and a hint of vanilla flavor. Location is great. It's on broadway Burlingame next to Walgreens. Meter spots , parking lots , and 2 hrs of free parking available. Cute ambience and the entire staff is attentive and welcoming.“

“If you're in the area and looking for takeout while on a budget this is a great option. The owner is very kind to all of her customers. She also gives very generous portions. The food is decent but the decor is dated. I wouldn't recommend dining in but she has a few chairs for you to sit on. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Support our local businesses especially ones that treat their guests very well like this one.
Kid-friendliness: She serves ice cream if you have very picky eaters with you.“

The rice yogurt drinks are a bit too filling for me if I'm having an actual meal elsewhere but otherwise it's really good. My personal fave is the mango pomelo sago yogurt smoothie.Zero sugar is ideal since there's still sweetness from the fruits/yogurt“

“Good as can be expected for a well known franchise, but the interior isn't very comfortable or spacious for dining in. The location is not ideal for much besides local patronage or for people coming from or going to the movie theater. Service was friendly and competent.“

“Going here makes me feel like a little kid.. I mean I'm still a kid at heart, always.Came here to redeem another great birthday freebie. Choice of 2.5oz kids scoop or 3oz soft serve. Opted for the Oreo 'n Cold Brew with a sugar cone. I'm a big fan of coffee flavored ice cream. Pretty decent flavors. Chunks of Oreo bits. Cold brew flavor was mild. Sugar cone was nice and crunchy! Overall, not bad! Definitely too cold to be eating ice cream ahahahhahahahah eating ice cream has no rules.“
“Steady line outside the door but it goes by fairly quickly. The smell out the door is all the motivation you need to stay in line, and trust me, the pastries do not disappoint! All the pastries were good but my favorites would have to go to the Kouign Amann and plain 'ole croissant.“
