“i was in need of a tres lèches cake and because this place had such good reviews on it i decided to try it out. they don’t let you place pre orders over the phone and require you to come in. i thought that was a little frustrating but then i realized it’s because when you pre order they require you to either pay half of it or pay in full right away.

i ordered the cake for the next day and they were able to do it which was extremely helpful. the cake was very delicious so i can totally see why people like it so much. i paid about 55 for an 8-inch round tres leches cake

the only downside (which i had seen in other reviews) is in the 30 minutes it took for me to get home from the bakery, the cake had leaked a lot of milk and leaked onto my car seat. later in the day, when we were taking the cake out of the box to put on a a plate, the cake had shifted a little, messing up the frosting and the spilled milk had completely soaked the box making it extremely difficult to get the cake out. the little cardboard piece the cake sits on was soaked so trying to separate that piece with the cardboard box too was very hard. thankfully, this wasn’t a fancy super intricate cake so i wasn’t that frustrated but i can totally understand why this factor is a huge negative for people“

Which were not fresh I return the waffle cone and they were gracious enough to return what I pay for it.Nice customer service.“

“The owner is over there all the time treating and helping customers while working in the back too. Small place but surprisingly unique pastries. Each one tastes different and really good. My visit today was at 1 PM and the sweet girl that made my order was named Victoria. She was friendly and professional, greeted me when I walked up to the counter, and answered all the questions I had. Victoria made me a photo worthy Oreo type sundae with hot fudge and marshmallow and jamocha ice cream, all layered in the cup perfectly. “Julian delivered outstanding customer service during an incredibly busy rush at Cold Stone. Despite a full establishment and a steady stream of customers continuing to come in, he remained completely focused on giving every single person an excellent experience. He worked quickly without ever rushing, making sure each order was done right the first time.

Even with a long line, Julian took his time at the register to ensure accuracy, double-checking orders and even asking if we had a punch card to use, something that could easily be overlooked when working solo under pressure. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanor stood out and made the experience enjoyable for everyone waiting.

I honestly couldn’t help but feel for him being on his own-he definitely could have used some support but he handled it all with efficiency and a positive attitude.

“Clarice’s is awesome. I recently went here for my sister’s wedding cake and they not only made the process easy, the cake was beautiful and delicious. The bride had no clue what she wanted, her words were literally “dealer’s choice”. Yet Clarice’s made the most perfect cake for her aesthetic. Like they were psychic or something. They also made some really great professional suggestions, like their two bite cupcakes to go along with the cake. The best part of all, was their affordability. “I needed to find a cake last minute for my stepdad's 75th birthday. I was driving around near my hairdresser, looking for one at 2pm Saturday, party that evening. Drove past this place and OMG I'M SO HAPPY I DID! They had the most beautiful cakes ready to go. I chose one that was part chocolate, part nutella. Delicious, light, airy-everyone remarked how it was a better cake than they were used to at a party and that it was so tasty! I will be back! Service was quick and helpful.“

“Yeah!! I haven’t visited to Baskin Robbin ever since one in La Crescenta location (inside the Ralphs shopping area) very tasty choose my favorite flavors cup or cone!! “We were going to be in town for my grandson's Birthday so we decided to order an ice cream cake ahead of time near where we would be.I am very picky and ordered a special cake with ice cream chosen for each little cone that would be on top of the cake and of course a special ice cream that they did not have on their list for the month. I went again this morning on the way home from work and got fresh baked. Definitely recommend this place all the workers were helpful and very knowledgeable about what ingredients are in each selection. The green spicy sauce is what definitely makes this a must as well.“

“Hoy por primera vez tuve la oportunidad de comer un desayuno en Americas Bakery y la comida en general está bien….pero me parecen que no está representado bien la comida Salvadoreña; comí tamales con plátanos crema queso chorizo y casamiento y café, el casamiento estaba super cargado de ajo y cebolla lo cual hace que no se pueda saborear bien lo que conozco casamiento además parece que el agregaron frijoles licuados y eso no se acostumbra en El Salvador, la crema parece crema mejicana muy aguada y poco simple, el queso era molido como el que se usa para spaghettis no el típico trozo que sirven en cuanto al tamal la medida está bien pero está falto de verduras no le vi ni la aceituna ni el garbanzo chile verde ni nada de lo que recuerdo en un tamal salvadoreño si tenía bastante recaudo y el café lo siento pero yo sé que hay café mucho mejor que el tienen…precio pues es el promedio actual casi veinte dólares por persona…creo que tienen mucho espacio para mejorar, si no el cliente que pruebe sus comidas por primera vez posiblemente también sea su ultima vez.“
