“A target run and a Starbucks, why not? It was late, around 9pm last night. I was greeted nicely by Lizeth, she was sweet and had a good personality, something a lot of Starbucks employees lack at times My drink was delicious. I go thru the drive-thru, the young man at the window has very good customer service skills, always has my order ready by the time I'm at the window, greets with a warm smile,very personable, want to give him kudos for a job well done, I enjoy going there I leave with a smile,he really makes my day ...“

“It's always a pleasure to go to STARBUCKS. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by Sara who was super pleasant. I pulled around the corner and I was the only one there. I love when that happens! I payed with my prepaid app and I was out of there in 3 minutes. Coffee was great and I will be back.

“They alright. The lady in the line always be saying what's your name. I say my name, then she be like how are you. But she does not care how I am. It is a script. My name is for relational purposes. If she says "okay see you at the window nate" I am supposed to trust her more. When she says "and what else?" after every order I place it is like she knows I trust her. And she knows I will order another cheese/fruit box. "and what else" okay and a mocha frappaccininio for later. "and what else" well actually that was it but since you phrased it as an expectation and used my name which shows you're my friend then um I guess I'll get a Starbucks refresher too. The pink drink Venti please.

Okay. Um I guess I'll have to get the lemon cake, my girlfriend who is of age wants those a lot. And what else. And what else. And what else, Nate? Alright. Now I'm peeved. Whatever though. So next I go to the window, and pay and get my stuff and it's pretty good to be honest with you. Then one time i went in there with my pet (one of those dogs with the short squat look) and they said I had to take him out. But I didn't so I ordered a cup of Vento mocha frappaccininio and they let me pay and it was cool. But they always ask for a tip like "Alright sir and it's just gonna ask you a quick question" and it's always "tip 15%/18%/20%" like what. They did not come serve me at my table or pretend to flirt with me for more cash. Why they getting 15% of my 7.25 frap. Also why do they act so bashful when they show me the tip screen. It's always "haha it's gonna ask you a question" or they self-defeat by letting me know that it's TOTALLY OPTIONAL. And they look away while I select NO TIP because they know what they are doing. The cool baristas skip it for me hahahahahahahaha. They are one on a million tho. Also peep that ant I saw in the planter outside of the store.“

“My first review for the year January 1st 2022. And of course I'm at Starbucks coffee. The Starbucks is located in east Palmdale in the Target shopping center. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely enjoy my coffee here. The customer service is good and the place is kept clean. It is very festive in a lovely music to play in the background during this time. Thank you so much for all the great coffee and the great service.“

“Just today I walked in to a very nice lady. I asked for their typical vanilla bean infused with strawberry syrup (which tastes exactly as you think) but she recommended me her own spin on the drink. She said it was like a “milkshake”I agreed, She finished it fast, and served my drink. I took my first sip and knew she hit the mark. It was soft yet thick, and actually tasted like a strawberry shake. I’ve tasted shakes with strawberry syrup and they end up tasting like ice cream with a weak flavor. This one was goodThank you lady. It was very good.“

“I love this Starbucks! The Baristas and the atmosphere are great. My only wish is that they would call the names out on the food orders and place them within reach of the customer instead of behind the counter. I am finding that I always have to ask for my food item after receiving my beverage.“

“Getting Starbucks was never apart of my routine but after my 1st visit here I might reconsider. I went through the drive thru I was immediately blessed David's angelic voice. He gave great recommendations to what drink as well as suggesting substitutes for ingredients to my drink. I was very satisfied with my visit and do plan on returning next time I am in need of something to get my day going.“
