“We have driven by for years always planning to go in. Finally we made it! Food ordered. Fresh peach Burata salad (so fabulous). Duck (raves from those who ordered it). Pork chop (my husband ate every bite off the bone. French oinion soup and tomato soup (outstanding!) Desserts were also great. But didn't taste made on site. Crepes and beignet. Coffee excellent! Warm August evening. But would have been nice to have a heater going (which they have). Fun umbrella lights were a nice touch to the chateau environment Excellent service! There was only 1 other group. But still! Pricing is for a nice meal out. Can't do it every day. But for the quality felt price was fair. Looking forward to trying brunch.“

“Vida is an excellent restaurant in Menlo Park. The food is great, fresh, healthy, delicious. And it's a good value for the quality and preparation of the food. We had an enjoyable experience of fine dining, and look forward to going back for more. The oysters were excellent. And the escargot was perfectly prepared. The Caesar salad was perfect, and the steaks were excellent. What more could you want, oh, a reasonable bill.“

“We have been here several times now. It is a cozy and relaxed restaurant. The menu is somewhat limited however everything we have tried has been delicious. The staff are very pleasant. We will be back.“

“Astoundingly delicious and gigantic Shrimp burrito (with generous shrimps!), perfectly hot and fresh thick-cut fries, and super friendly service. At $20 flat all-in with a drink, can’t beat the value. Yummy mild burrito side sauce too. Zero complaints, I’ll be going back!“
