“Good quality always. I have been there a few times back in 2023 and 2024. The tastes and quality never changed. Very nice service and environment. Seems like that could serve up to party of 8. But may need to wait during peak hours. Very convenient for a workday lunch if you work nearby.“

“had my birthday dinner here, and it was a lovely experience! the staff was so accomodating and kind, and we really loved the patio seating with heaters that kept us warm even in the cold rainy weather. the atmosphere is quaint and the food is delicious. amazing portions for the price! we thoroughly enjoyed pad thai, pad see ew, tom yum soup, kimchi fried rice, and crying tiger (an amazingly tender, smoky steak served with sticky rice) along with a handful of appetizers like salmon wraps and fried tofu. everything was really yummy, and we had plenty of leftovers. 6 of us feasted for about $200, with tip included in that amount. I tipped extra at the end because the staff was so kind and patient with us, even though we were the last to leave after their closing time.“

“We spent a long weekend in Pasadena and at first chose this Thai place because it was just 5min walking from our rental cottage. They greeted us so friendly and accommodated our requests for items on the side. Then, the next day we came back here because everything was so flavorful! My husband had the crispy sole fish special and I enjoyed the glass noodles with shrimp. Exquisite!

“I stopped in on Saturday evening on a whim. There were no customers so I placed my order via terminal. A young lady came out saying the teriyaki chicken is a favorite. I tried it and another dish. People let me say ” Everything was Excellent “ and the prices are unbeatable. I’m going back tonight to try more dishes!!

“Moom 48 Thai in Pasadena absolutely delivers on flavor. I ordered the Panang Curry, and it was incredible — rich, creamy, and full of depth. The balance between the coconut milk sweetness, the subtle spice, and that aromatic Thai basil was spot on. It had just the right amount of heat to wake up your palate without overpowering the dish.
The texture of the curry was silky and perfectly clung to the rice, making every bite warm and satisfying. You can tell the ingredients are fresh — the vegetables still had a nice crispness, and the sauce tasted homemade, not overly salty or heavy.
The restaurant itself has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both a casual lunch or a relaxed dinner. The staff were friendly and attentive without hovering, which made the whole experience even better.

“This is the best Yoshinoya I’ve been to in a long time. They were very fast, that’s a good thing. But really it’s Hong…he’s one of the most positive people I’ve ever met in California. The guy just gives off good energy. This place is lucky to have him.“
