“I love Oishi Sushi! Their sushi, sashimi and rolls are melt in your mouth! Please get their Rising Hamachi roll, Salmon carpaccio and Seared Albacore with Crispy onion! Their sushi are all delicious especially the jumbo scallop! Great service as well. Can’t wait to come back!“
“This Thai spot is phenomenal. The owner cooks food that is authentic, plated beautifully, and unapologetically flavorful. Each bite is a time travel bomb that takes me back to the time I was gorging myself at street food vendor stalls in Bangkok. The location is within an office space area used for AA and community meetings. It comes across humble and the dining area is separate from the actual community building space. The tables are clean and extremely well kept. The owner clearly pays attention to detail when it comes to maintaining her dining area and silverware/cutlery. The owner herself is very accommodating and welcoming. She takes the time to answer questions about the menu and offers adjustments to spice levels if needed. She also cooks and serves all the food herself with the help of one other individual in the back kitchen, so patience is key but completely worth the time investment. The food was so outrageously delicious I didn't have time to take more pics the first time I went. It was so good in fact, I came back immediately the next day to try the crab fried rice pictured below. The serving sizes are generous and the spice and flavor is second to none. I'm so impressed with how high quality all the dishes are and everything tastes so impeccably fresh. Crab fried rice - the crab meat is legitimately fresh and generously portioned. The rice is well seasoned and the veggies mixed in with the egg are a perfect compliment to the crab. I really enjoyed this dish and it comes with a side of spicy seasoning sauce you can add to kick up the heat a notch. Crying Tiger - not pictured below, but man what a stand out dish. The flavor of the rib eye pieces are so well balanced and the dipping sauce for the meat is so distinct it really adds depth to the rice and salad accompaniments. I really enjoyed the dressing on the salad as well, and the amount again did not disappoint. I have nothing but overall praise to give this place and I know I will be frequenting this spot often for the foreseeable future.“
“Food is always good. My husband likes the sashimi deluxe platter. And I love the two-item dinner special with saba and beef short ribs. The grilled saba is juicy and full of flavor, better than my home made broiled saba. And the Japanese salad dressing is probably more authentic than those in other restaurants. Have been here a few years. Both service and food have been consistent and good quality.“
“I love Poke! I have been to the store in Burbank and Glendale and both have amazing customer service! I like their great attitude and have never had a bad experience with them. I became a regular at both stores because of this as well lol, keep up the good work guys!!“
“Generous portions, tasty food, awesome topping selection, great price, and very attentive to our daughter’s allergies! We will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: Tofu option for protein, lots of veggie toppings.Dietary restrictions: Our daughter has allergies to dairy, nuts and eggs. They made sure to note it on her order and took care not to cross contaminate.Kid-friendliness: Fun atmosphere, attentive to our daughter’s allergies and she really enjoyed filling out her order slip and picking out all of her own toppings.“
“My favorite is the Spicy Basil Leaves with mushrooms, etc. with its unique flavor and aroma. This is what I order most of the time combined with meats and shrimp. I'm looking forward to trying the other dishes. One thing I recommend in general, try not to stray away too much from the original ingredients such as asking to exclude spices, etc. as this takes away from the soul of the dish and actually changes the flavor and intent of the Thai recipe.“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Mongolian restaurant, and it exceeded all my expectations. The ambiance is a perfect blend of modern sophistication and Mongolian heritage. The elegant interior design and soothing background music create an atmosphere that's both upscale and comfortable. The service deserves special mention. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like honored guests. The staff was polite, well-informed, and always ready to assist. They made fantastic recommendations, ensuring we sampled the best of Mongolian cuisine. Their attention to detail and prompt service elevated our dining experience. Now, onto the food - it was a gastronomic journey through Mongolia's rich culinary traditions. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the flavors were nothing short of sensational. The Mongolian hot pot was a highlight; the broth was rich and flavorful, and the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. Don't miss the dumplings - they're a true delight! In summary, this restaurant is a hidden gem that offers a sublime fusion of ambiance, service, and cuisine. Whether you're a connoisseur of Mongolian food or a curious foodie, this place is a must-visit.“
“This is definitely the right place to have Thai food, which has a combination of different options. The atmosphere is great. The place is very inviting. The service is good and specially the food is great. If you feel like having food without any meat, then they have the type of food you would like but if you are one who likes seafood or beef or chicken or shrimp then for sure this restaurant has the food that you’d like to eat.Overall, I recommend you to try this place if you haven’t yet.“
“I just happen to drive by and try this spot out and absolutely Loved it! I ordered the beef teriyaki bowl. It has less than $10 and so filling! It’s actual cubes of beef! I am so satisfied and will definitely come back to try their other items!Parking: Street metered parking“
“A delicious, quick meal! A variety of options of rolls and rice balls, can't wait to try them all. My favorites are unagi, spicy tuna, and spicy pork. Love that they give you seaweed on the side so it doesn't get soggy. It's a small shop so there is no indoor seating available. Friend and welcoming staff. Free 90 minute parking structure located behind.“
“Great family size food and amazing service. We ordered the garlic rice, grilled pork belly and pancit canton. They were delicious to the point that you don't need any condiments - no lemon, no soy sauce needed. I would definitely come back, but I would do take-away next time. They allow dine-in but the place got smaller and they don't have high chairs or booster seats.“
“Upon stumbling upon this charming little hole-in-the-wall Thai restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the owner and promptly seated. After perusing the menu, we decided to start our culinary adventure with the Crispy Rolls priced at $11. These fried spring rolls filled with glass noodles, cabbage, carrots, and taro, served with a delightful sweet and sour sauce, were a vegan delight. For our main courses, we indulged in the flavorful Pat Thai priced at $15, featuring rice noodles with beef, eggs, bean curd, sweet radish, bean sprouts, and green onions, all topped with roasted peanuts. Our second entrée was the Suji Dry priced at $17, a generous portion of glass noodles stir-fried with chicken, garlic, celery, carrots, Napa cabbage, and onions, tossed in a savory Japanese Sukiyaki sauce. The portion sizes were surprisingly large, easily satisfying two people per plate and proving to be great value for the price. The restaurant exuded a cozy, homely ambiance that instantly put us at ease. The welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the soothing background music, enhanced our dining experience. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food, generous portions, and inviting atmosphere. It's a hidden gem that deserves to be shared with others seeking a memorable dining experience. I look forward to returning to explore more of their menu offerings in the future.Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes if not all can be eaten without and meat.Parking: There are paid parking or free parking less than block away.“
