I have been a guinea pig of all things g-free for the last 15 years, so I can state confidently that the donuts I had yesterday are some of the most delicious, and tasty G-free treats I’ve had. The cherry on top was the amazing service. I didn’t catch the guys named that helped, but he was so pleasant, attentive and just seemed genuinely happy to serve, and that means a lot to me. Keep up the amazing work HYW! You’re my families new go-to spot!!! ???

I was looking forward to trying their gelato, but the flavor selections seemed typical so I selected one of their pastries in stead. I was in the mood for a tropical flavor and there was only strawberry or lemon and since it wasn’t on display I wasn’t enticed as I eat with my eyes first.

The peach mango mousse special of the day was scrumptious! The packaging was so elegant! It felt like an experience when I opened the box to taste my treats. Their pastries look divine! It was hard not to pick more. I also opted for an Italian cookie/tart filled with a vanilla custard and topped with almonds and pine nuts. Also very good.

In the mood for a fancy sweet treat, it’s worth a stop @ Carrara’s.

“The cupcakes were really good, but it’s a little expensive and also nobody was in the front for a few minutes when I got in. Somehow, the cake was much worse. The cupcakes are the best I’ve ever had tho, so I’d recommend those and try a slice of cake to see if you like it before buying a whole cake.“
