What did bother me and I feel could be improved is the music. Although appreciative for the vibe of the restaurant, nearly everything sounded to be AI generated. “Great coffee. LA breakfast burrito was bomb, hot sauce was bomb, sausage was a highlight. Out of bacon and steak 💔 and they serve milk which threw me off. Crunchwrap was tasty they had well seasoned beans. The cinnamon roll was bready soft and tasty. The frosting was cloying and overwhelmed the cinnamon roll IMO. Overall great selection and would come back to try the other baked goods and menu options. “Fantastic neighborhood lunch spot. Everything is quick, fresh and tasty! You can really tell how much love and creativity Chef Uyen puts into the menu. There are always new weekend specials and a large vegan& vegetarian selection. Several different types of banh mi sandwiches, al in delicious warm bread. The summer rolls are so refreshing in the heat and a large portion size. Their drinks are delicious too! I always grab a limeade or pennywort juice to complete the meal. I also really admire and appreciate their commitment to feeding and caring for the community through their meal program. All in all, a fantastic, delicious and ethical local spot to support ❤“

“What an absolute gem of a find! I visited for the first time today—and to my absolute delight, just five minutes from my home, I found a real maritozzo con panna that transported me straight back to Rome! You have no idea how happy this made me.
If I could, I’d give it a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars! If I may humbly offer one tiny, respectful suggestion from a passionate Roman heart: try making the cream (la panna) completely unsweetened. In Rome, we keep the whipped cream unsweetened because the light dusting of powdered sugar on top and the soft, sweet brioche bun already provide the perfect amount of sweetness.
At first glance, unsweetened cream might feel like it's missing something, but I promise you, it creates such a delicious balance that people will end up ordering two! Back home, I can easily polish off two in one sitting, whereas here I was full after one just from the extra sugar rush. (And you will save money on the sugar saved !)
Thank you for making such a wonderful place and bringing a taste of Italy so close to home. I can't wait to come back!“

I was blessed with happy hour and indulged in their grilled cheese which comes with tomato soup and a glass of wine, both delightful. I'll definitely be returning for a proper dinner date.“

“We ordered our wedding cake from Yvonne’s Vegan Kitchen. Using the cake testing kit was a great experience—it came with a lovely personalized note, and was a great activity to do together while planning our wedding (and provided us multiple evenings’ worth of dessert!) The staff at the store were always friendly to interact with, as well.

Ordering was very easy and straightforward, with prompt and efficient communication. We ended up using one of the example designs on the website, and it came out looking wonderful. The cake had layers of chocolate and red velvet cake with mocha buttercream icing and hazelnuts added between the layers—we highly recommend this combination!

We tasked a family member with fetching us breakfast on the day, and coincidentally they happened to visit Yvonne’s Vegan Kitchen for that as well—so thank you also for some delicious breakfast baked goods!“

It's my favorite cake I've ever had. I loved the good weighty chocolate with light tasting lemon frosting on top and a chocolate icing between the two layers of cake! So beautiful, delicious, and all around perfect. Can't believe it's gf! It made my day ✨🫶🎂“

“Kitchen Mouse Bakery is a true delight! Adorable inside, it has the kindest employees and offers all manner of delicious vegan treats. Their breakfast sandwich is an addiction along with their s’mores brownie. Everything I’ve had has been delicious and it’s a great spot to stop and fill up a box of treats to bring to a party or event. So grateful to have them in my neighborhood!“

Other bakeries near the wedding venue were already closed and others needed at least 48 hour notice… the wedding was happening NOW. I called Sonora Bakery in my final desperate attempt, explained the situation, sent them a picture of the cake and within minutes, they got to work. The cake was delicious and the wedding was saved. Thank you Sonora Bakery…. You have a customer for life!“
