“The food is pretty much the same as locations I visited in in Maui. Although a bit heavy on the carbs, two scoops of rice and Mac salad. The grilled chicken and beef was pretty good, not excellent but good for the price. The interior of the store is cramped hot and not completely conducive to a pleasant dining experience but I'm sure most people take food to go“

Most Hawaiian restaurants are in Soith Bay OC San Diego and Bay Area. Fortunately we are blessed on Los Angeles to have a venue such as this.“

“Had a fantastic experience at Aloha Stacks! The Hawaiian-inspired food was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The Loco Moco and Ube Coconut Pancakes were especially delicious, and everything had a satisfying homemade feel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the relaxed atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. “Have come here a couple of times already for takeout: for their poke and sides. The place is usually not so busy so there’s not much of a weight. I love that the ingredients always taste fresh and you can always order sides for takeout in case you want to mix it up with some other things you have at home.

Staff is usually pretty nice and efficient. They have plenty of tables on the inside for dine-in and restroom on site too.

Parking lot is usually busy bc it’s shared with other shops in the plaza but it’s not too bad.

“I have been to a lot of places with similar food as this location. I was taking my mom out to eat and it was our first time there. The lady who was the server was very friendly when I told her my mom was looking for wonton soup and she said that they did have some. It was delicious and very fresh. I got a plate with chow mein and 2 items of choice which were good in portion size. Hands down one of the best orange chicken I have had. I also had bbq pork which was also good. The thing that blew my mind from taste was there smoked porked ribs and their squash with green beans. The ribs were amazing almost like if they specialize in BBQ. Location was clean. I will definitely be returning.“

“It was my first time coming here yesterday 9/19/26. I had the combo plate with teriyaki chicken and short ribs. Those where one of the most delicious short ribs I've ever had. “If you plan on wanting to eat at home, definitely order ahead..Wait for Pupusas is usually about 20 minutes. The people there are very nice, they have reasonable prices, and I feel like they are consistent with the quality of their food( at least for the last 5 years that I've been going).. my go tos are usually Pupusas de queso con jalapeño and bean and cheese, oh and the loroco ones. Plus an order of yucca frita with chicharron.“

“I give 4 stars for overall, but it is only 2.5 stars for their chicken katsu. They used to make a very good chicken katsu because honestly that is the only menu that I order before for so many years. But lately it has become the worst item, in my opinion. Why? I suspect in order to maximize profit, they use thinner slice of meat, so it is easily over-fried and becomes hard to chew, like eating a piece of wood. Cut the time of frying a little bit so it comes out perfect, please. Other menu has been consistent though.“

“Checked out Anna's Fish Market right in the heart of DTLA and it was a solid spot. I like the location too since you're right in the middle of downtown with plenty of other restaurants and bars nearby. We got the fried red snapper and fried shrimp combo with fries, and both were really good. Nice crunchy batter without being too greasy. We also tried the fish & chips and grilled basa, but my favorite was actually the seafood chowder. Super hearty, packed with flavor, and had a nice kick to it. The ahi poke salad was solid too and gave us something a little lighter to balance out all the fried seafood. The inside isn't huge, but there's still a good amount of seating. Overall, really enjoyed the food and would definitely come back when I'm in Downtown again.“

“I love poke in general. It can be tricky to come across a good poke place. I haven't had poke in a long while because of this.
I got salmon, spicy tuna, albacore, and scallops for my protein. White Rice base. Carrots, edamamae, mandarins, cucumber, this soft-crunchy combo topping that looks and tastes like stuffing (actually really good). I didn't know what sauce so I got spicy mayo and this combo the server recommended.

It was all excellent. Loved every bite. Fairly priced and servings were good.“
