KFC in Pasadena

“This is one of KFC'S smaller restaurants on the corner of Colorado Blvd and Sunnyslope Ave. The food meets expectations for the KFC franchise. The staff were friendly but the service was a bit slow. There is no drive through and parking is limited.“

“I have family visiting me for the month and I was able to get some coupons for family meals, so I decided to try this KFC out. The first thing that stood out to me was the atmosphere: the whole store is clean, tidy and in excellent condition. After that, I noticed that the lady manning the cash register (I came on a Sunday at around 1:430m) was also training a new young guy. She was super patient with both him and me, and the young man did an excellent job taking and dispatching my order. The third thing that stood out was how good the food is. I know it's fast food and it's not gourmet or anything special, but for what it is and for the portion sizes, it's actually quite good. No other fast food place gives you big, family-sized portions at such a convenient price. Definitely a 10/10 place.“

“Erenestine was great in greeting, taking, and fulfilling my order in a timely manner. Her positive demeanor really shows. I have had some "not so great" experiences at this location in the past, and that all changed today. I was so impressed with her great service, I asked to speak with a Manager. Oscar, (the manager) displayed master class leadership skills in acknowledging Erenestine for her amazing work in front of me. Great job guys. I will return to this location for more positive experiences like this, most definitely. Thank you.“
