“Like most Coldstones, this is a small location with no inside seating. The ice cream is good and the staff is efficient. The one downside of this location is parking. The developers crammed almost a dozen restaurants including a Starbucks and a buffet along with a grocery store and did not provide anywhere near enough parking. Your options are circling like a shark waiting for a spot to open or parking in Targets lot and walking over during busy times. That is one of the reasons why I don't usually go to this Coldstone unless I am already eating somewhere else in the center.“

“I’ve never had any rude interactions with these employees but you also have to understand that they also have a life so coming in with 5 minutes till closing with all your family members trying to figure out what they want puts them in overtime and me as a business man can’t afford to pay out that much O/T because you decided to wait to the very last moment . “I visited this Cold Stone with a friend for the first time. When I walked in I noticed customers eating ice cream in cups in the outdoor seats. There are no seats inside to "dine in" at this location. I ordered a cookie dough ice cream with Carmel and nuts in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. The ice cream was delicious. But the cone was stale. If I return I will definitely order my ice cream in a cup. My order for 2 people was $29. Our ice cream order was way more expensive than I would've expected. Me my friend ate on the seats outside that we had to wipe up ourselves. For the price I paid at least the tables outside should be clean.“

“Delicious and nicely-decorated Bundt cakes. They have a great assortment of flavors and many size choices. Their cakes are always moist and their cream cheese frosting is great. Their employees are always friendly and efficient. All their flavors are very good but I recommend the white chocolate raspberry and the confetti cakes.“

The customer service is very poorly they rarely show manners and when it comes to asking for samples they always seemed bothered. Customers should be able to taste different flavors to know what they need or to try something new.“
