“The food delicious The people are very friendly. The cook is amazing. I couldn't stop eating the blueberry Ube pancakes. Ordered extra before we left. And we want to try everything else on the menu. The sliders are excellent.“

“Absolutely excellent meal! We usually go to Indian restaurant in Berkeley but wanted to try something closer to home. We got the samosas, chicken momo, chicken tikka masala, goat curry and the butter naan.

The goat curry was one of the most flavorful dishes we’ve had in a long time. The meat comes on the bone so expect a little bit of work but it’s well worth it for the flavor. Extremely rich, flavorful, and spicy. Chicken momo is also worth calling out as a must have. Odd yet true, but the water was surprisingly pure and fresh. Don’t know the last time a restaurant’s water caught my attention for a good reason. Overall a surprisingly great meal with a nice view.

Service was wonderful and all the food came out hot. Definitely our new favorite local Indian spot and we’re already looking forward to returning.“

Fresh chips and salsa varieties available at the front, along with fresh water, self serve. we asked for containers and got free, fresh chips as well. Let's all support this family business!“

“I love the food here. Anytime I go, there's never a lot of people in there and I usually order ahead and pick it up. The Salt and Pepper fish, Shrimp Chow Mein-Skinny and Honey Walnut prawns are what I usually order.

The area has changed a lot, Longs, the Dive Bar and Wheel works are all closed. Safeway is still there and CD is to the right of it.

But recently, the sushi, it's like I was playing Barbie meals with my date but at adult price. No other places I've been, served good sushi smaller than average.“

“We made our first visit to Ristorante Due Rose last evening (6/2/2023)--what a amazing dinner we had! I had the Linguine Tutto Mare (thin flat pasta with clams, squid, prawns, scallops and fish, seasoned with tomatoes, crushed red pepper, garlic and white wine.). I think the best Italian dish I have ever had (and I have been to Italy). The pasta was cooked to perfection--none of the flavorless stuff you might find elsewhere, and the sauce was out of this world. My husband had the Grigliata di Mare (Grilled scallops, prawns, calamari, parsley, lemon sauce, roasted potatoes and arugula salad) and also raved about it. Great service and reasonable prices. 💞We will definitely be back!“

“Can't rly give atmosphere 5 stars because it's takeout only but the wife and I love this place! Banh mi is excellent, as are the bowls of whatever. I don't think there's anything the owner chef woman can't make well. She used to run 3 restaurants! Also she is an angel. Go there for the owner chef woman if nothing else. Also egg rolls and crab rangoon are yummy.

“The nostalgia of walking into the legendary franchise😇☺️!! Had my SONS 2nd bday party here on Saturday. We had the MegaFun package & our host Kimberly was very helpful. She had to go around & help others as it was busy but overall fun experience.. My only critique is when Chucky Mascot came out, all the toddlers, lil ones & MY SON as well was completely blocked out I felt soo bad couldnt even get to him because the older kids bombarded him. I had to pick my lil man up so he can see.. I was lowkey pissed but I know they were excited. Maybe enforce short to tall so everyone can see him.. He also came by our table to sing the birthday song at our table for him so that kind of made up for it✨️🎉‼️.“

“I had to drop the skid loader off at Purdle Fatback's diesel repair shop, All Smoke and NoGo for a new set of Pop Warner gears and what'd you know...I drive right past the Round Table Pizza. Well, I know where I'm having lunch! The Round Table pretty much has the best salad bar in the business, it's always fresh and clean with an amazing selection of high end ingredients, and today was no exception. The Round Table Pizza Restaurant is always a great choice.

That's a plus you won't have to take out a loan to get good healthy food.There are some benches out sde if you can't wait to get home. It is popular with locals and those in the know. Food is displayed to see sells quickly so it always fresh . Never dried out from sitting at a steam table. Some nights a hour before closing at 8pm they maybe sold out of pork fried rice or barbecue pork loin or sweet and sour pork with vegetable The sauce is not too sweet not too sour. It's like Goldilock's porridge at the home of the three bears just right. Portions are big I can barely finish a pork fried rice with a sweet and sour pork entree. $12.50 includes tax.
The Chef takes pride in making good tasting food a simple menu with something for almost everyone. Yes I am a big fan of Chinese style cooking. Sometimes a simple dish made with care is just as good as a fancy complex food at 3 times the price. Highly recommend for the days you are just too tired to cook or just because you want to to enjoy their food. I only like to post positive reviews of well made foods.
