“My husband and I have been all over orange county trying different coffee shops and specialty drinks. He likes black coffee/cold brew or coffee forward drinks and I like fru fru sweet latte drinks. WOW Ape Coffee is THE spot we have been looking for! We tried 4 of the most popular drinks and we both liked every single one. Immediately we both recognized that Ape has quality coffee (you can taste the difference when you’ve tried so many even if you aren’t a coffee snob) and the flavors are delicious as well.. not too strong and sweet but not too subtle either. So 10/10 for all the drinks and we couldn’t even pick who would finish which ones because we liked them all!

Additionally, the team is so friendly and helpful. They were patient with us when we explained what we wanted and they got our dogs a pup cup. They even brought our drinks out to us when we were waiting outside! So cool.

Lastly, the community is rad. Regulars were chatting with us and made it a really nice morning coffee run!

“Found a new favorite spot in Anaheim. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious and hit the spot perfectly.

The waffle was a major highlight, loaded with chocolate chips, whipped cream, and a generous drizzle of syrup. I also really enjoyed the breakfast burrito, which came wrapped in fun checkered paper and paired beautifully with my hot coffee.

The presentation on every plate was great, especially the chilaquiles with that side of fresh avocado. I will definitely be back soon to try more of the menu.“

“Went there for the first time with three friends on a Saturday at noon. Sure, finding parking was a bit rough, but with people leaving with to go orders we found a great spot pretty quickly. Even though there was a line, it moved so fast & with so many great & friendly employees, ordering went very quickly. We found a table on the patio & the employees there were also very friendly & helpful. Food was delivered to us, exceptional, especially the potato balls. Sandwich on a croissant also delicious!!! “This is a small, cozy cafe with only about 6–7 tables, so seating is limited, but there’s plenty of parking in the parking lot, which is always a big plus. Ordering is done through a kiosk, making the process quick and easy. Our food also came out pretty fast.

I ordered:

- Pork Loin Cutlet Curry Udon
- Japanese Omelette Sandwich
- Orange Americano Tonic

The Pork Loin Cutlet Curry Udon was my favorite. The pork cutlet was moist and tender, and the Japanese-style curry was flavorful and comforting. The udon had a really nice texture and was cooked perfectly. Definitely a satisfying combination!

The Japanese Omelette Sandwich was HUGE! I wasn’t expecting it to be that big, and it was definitely enough for a hearty meal or to share.

They also have a great variety of drinks, and you can customize the ice and sweetness level. I tried the Orange Americano Tonic, which was refreshing with a nice citrusy flavor and paired well with the curry.

Overall, I had a great first experience here. The food came out quickly, the portions were generous, price was decent, parking was easy, and everything I tried was enjoyable.

“Grew up around here and always walked by this place with my grandma. Now that I’m older and can treat myself, I finally tried it out, and honestly, it’s my new spot for pesto chicken sandwiches. They’re so fresh and tasty when you order them. The owner I think she helped me totally sweet and made everything feel super welcoming. Got a pesto sandwich, side of potato salad, a Coke, and she even threw in dessert for me 💛. Felt like coming home, thanks for making it so nice!“

“I tried a few of their drinks, and they were quite good. However, I noticed that they tend to add an excessive amount of ice. I’m not a fan of that because it makes the drink feel more like a slushie than a refreshing beverage. The ratio of ice to drink is about 70% ice and 30% drink.“

“Honestly, this is one of those places you almost want to keep secret. The cafe is a converted house, so it feels much cozier and more welcoming than a typical coffee shop. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged.

I ordered a latte and a crepe, and both were excellent. The latte was smooth and flavorful, and the crepe was absolutely delicious. The owner was also incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home.

“Atmosphere is a little lacking and the prices are a little high but tolerable for specialty items. Nutella latte is good very good nutella flavor but not much coffee flavor. Almond croissant was ok, they pulled it out of a storage bin container which i thought was a little strange.“
