I finally gave this place a try and got their top loaded fries regular size which came with six chicken bites. It was more than enough for me.

The sauce and balance of flavor, sweet, sour spicy, salty, tangy all just blended so well together. The coleslaw on top of the fries was an excellent touch. The chicken was incredibly juicy too.

Food was prepped before estimated time. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.“

“About 3.9 stars. A warmer chicken patty where it doesn't make me guess whether the chicken is fully cooked would take it to 4 stars. My chicken was fully cooked, just colder than expected. The best part next to the flavor is that the chicken is real whole chicken, not the fake ground up chicken patties found in all the big chains. They provide American yellow pickled chilies as a compliment which complements the chicken really well. This compliment should never be removed under any circumstances. Some chains like Curry House started loaing business after quietly trimming down on compliments, eventually closing & leaving California.“

“For Mothers Day We ordered the Jumbo Meal 3 Chickens and All 3 xl sides Potato Salad because we had rice and beans at the house. It was amazing as always still hot after a 20 minute drive. My in-laws picked it up and drove it down to South County for a visit. It fed 9 people and we got seconds. The Potato salad here is the best! I could eat it every other day. Such an amazing texture. I have gone to other chicken spots and they are good but Juan Pollo is the best.“

Dessert is included and we had boysenberry pie and boysenberry ice cream! Beyond good!! But aside from the food, the real highlight of our meal experience was our wonderful waitress Belinda.! She was the best. Friendly and attentive and worked hard to keep our group happy. She went above and beyond with us when we inquired as to whether we could get some of that boysenberry ice cream to go. She went back and chatted with her manager and was able to find a solution for us. We were able to leave the restaurant with about a pint of that delicious ice cream. It was a great family, dining experience and again, Belinda just made it that much more special! Hopefully when you go to eat there, she is your waitress.“

“Very nice spot to get some food in this plaza that is accessible from the first floor. We immediately got seated inside and they also have outdoor seating as well. Pretty good menu for this type of fried chicken. We ended getting chicken wings in both their signature sauce and the hot spicy. The signature is more on the sweet side with a very very light kick, the hot spicy is in fact very very spicy and if you can’t handle heat I would stay away but it was very crunchy and delicious! My favorite by far were the spicy dumplings! So juicy and spicy but super enjoyable! I want to go back and just get 3 orders of those they were so amazing! A nice little spot to hang out with friends and enjoy the community there.“
