“Tucked away in quiet street in busy Diamond Bar, behind the throngs of strip mall shops is a little Thai restaurant. The decor is calming and everything looked new.
Instead of a lunch special, I opted for a full meal and had plenty of leftovers. The Pad See You was excellent with chunks of chicken and flavorful. I also opted for the Beef Satay appetizer. However the portion was huge and dinner size at $15. I spent more than I wanted for lunch but had a second meal. Now that I’m closer to Mt Sac during lunch, I’m exploring all the options that busy Diamond Bar has to offer.
Skip the ice water and get the green iced tea. Yum.“

“We came before the rush lunch time so there’s no wait but soon after it got very packed.
Orders came very quickly and each order was enough for 4 people to share. But it didn’t come with rice. We had to order it. Shrimps from two orders were very big and fresh. Northern Thai Khad soi chicken curry was very tasty.
Staff was very friendly but maybe it was during lunch hours was a bit of noisy. Not easy to talk.“

“My wife and I are big fans of Thai cuisine, and last night we decided to try Signature Thai Bistro. We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra's, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership. We called ahead to make a reservation and were seated promptly within a minute of our arrival. My wife follows a gluten-free vegan diet, and Thai food has always been a reliable choice for her. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife's dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Here's what we ordered: Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors. Summer Rolls: My wife loved them--fresh and perfectly prepared. Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing. Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal. String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning. Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn't meet my expectations and is one we wouldn't recommend. Overall, the food was excellent, aside from the Crying Tiger, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Paul for his attentiveness and genuine kindness. We highly recommend Signature Thai Bistro for its delicious offerings and top-notch service.“

“Thai Town in downtown Orange is a solid spot for Thai food with a chill, laid-back vibe that makes the experience worth the visit. I went with some friends and we shared an order of the Pad Thai noodles with chicken, house fried rice with tofu, and yellow curry with chicken and potatoes. The food overall was decent and satisfying. The Pad Thai had a nice, slightly sweet flavor and was cooked just right—classic comfort food with tender pieces of chicken mixed in. The fried rice with tofu was simple but tasty, with a good texture and well-balanced seasoning that didn’t overpower. The yellow curry was creamy and mild, featuring long pieces of chicken and potatoes that soaked up the rich coconut flavor nicely. The chicken was tender the potatoes were very firm.
Inside, the restaurant has a clean and casual feel—nothing fancy, but comfortable and easy to relax in. The real bonus, though, is the atmosphere outside. Downtown Orange has a super chill vibe, and it adds a lot to the experience. Whether you're eating inside and stepping out afterward or grabbing takeout to enjoy nearby, the location makes a difference.
Overall, Thai Town is a good go-to if you’re looking for a laid-back place with dependable Thai dishes. It’s not flashy, but it hits the spot and is definitely a place worth returning.“

“An experience is fun when that moment fills your senses with life. Lucky Thai is an emotional space; the host lady looks at you with genuine interest and showers you with smiles. Once the food is placed, the very focused chefs create your food with intensity, rhythm, and grace. They are nonstop, choreographed, and full of flames. They will call you, and your food will be at the side counter. It's street food style, but inside the market. With the first taste, you know your decision was right, your intent to be there was rewarded, and your day will go well. I'll leave the rest to you to figure out and to make of Lucky Thai your moment!“

“Downtown LA resident here. Folks live in Chino Hills, though. Hands down best Thai, arguably, in Southern California. The flavors are totally on point (not too salty or sweet--just right). Variety is great. Prices are reasonable (yes, inflation is hurting all of us but still)... Feels locally run, so the service is always friendly, prompt, and caring. Been a loyal customer for years. There's a reason they're one of the select local restaurants that survived (and perhaps even thrived) during the pandemic. They're the real deal.“
“I googled for thai food and saw this place had a really high rating. I went there and was a little surprised when I walked in and it's like a little booth in a mall. Don't let that deter you. I got the Tom kha soup and pad thai noodles. Both were excellent. This will be my new go to place for thai food when I'm working in Anaheim.“

“Very good Thai food! I consider myself a Thai aficionado and I’ve gotta say this place hit the spot. The owner was very friendly and brought the food out to us personally. It’s a satellite kitchen pick up spot with a few tables & chairs to eat if you’d like to dine in. Highly recommend 👌🏾“

“I've tried many Thai spots in the city of orange, but out of all them, this has been my favorite.
What i love is that they pride themselves on making really flavorful whilst keeping the flavors nicely balanced. Definitely pay attention when asked about the spice levels they do a really good job about it. I love spicy food and got several dishes medium plus, I enjoyed them very much. However, going back next time, I will probably order a lower level of spicy. Love their papaya salad with medium spice. Their egg rolls are killer. All in all, I can keep going on about this place. It's definitely worth at least trying it once. Staff is super friendly 👌.“

“Nice, chill, low-key vibe here, but better yet -- food quality is up there with the best Thai in Orange County. And they manage to do it all with reasonable, competitive prices.
Been here exactly twice and I can confidently state that this is my new favorite OC Thai restaurant.
(And it doesn't hurt that they offer a free Thai iced tea while you wait for your order).
Recommended: any of their featured specialties, including the curries, crying tiger, crab fried rice, papaya salad.“

“We came here for a dinner. On a Saturday night as we love Thai food. This place was so quiet and peaceful. Basically being vegetarians we were looking for some options. We found plenty. Drunken noodles and pineapple curry were so tasty and had just enough flavours, mild and delicious. We tried their home made coconut icecream, was one of the best I had. Prices were extremely affordable and the lady who served was kind to us. Would highly recommend this place. Would wish more people could visit this place and keep their business flourishing.“

“Today I went to rodeo 39 in Garden Grove with some friends and I stumbled across Kra Z Kai's. It was my second time trying Laos barbecue. This place is a hidden gem for sure. Everything was the delicious. The ribs were marinated for 24 hours. The barbecue pork and the chicken were all marinated in the same sauce. The owner told me the service was fast and this whole ambience was nice some of the best food I've had in a long time next time I'm going to Garden Grove. I will come here again.“

“Run by a Thai family with 7 sisters. This restaurant tastes exactly the same as point-and-scoop shops in Thailand. $9/$10 for a 2-item/3-item combo, respectively. Highly recommend this place for quality Thai food at a very reasonable price.“

“
Family friendly: 4/5
Stroller friendly: 2/5
ADA accessible: 2/5
First off, the service here is excellent!
Second, the food is great as well and very reasonably priced. We ended up ordering pad se ew with chicken ($10.99), green curry with chicken ($11.99), and panang Curry with chicken ($11.99), and Mango Sticky rice (was complimentary but usually $8.99) because my 2 y/o wouldn't stop crying. It was like magic for us. Not so much for him because he not used to those flavors yet lol. Only downside I thought about the food was the pad se ew needed just a touch more stir fry sauce, but other than that everything else was great!
The place inside is cozy. I feel like it seats about 30 people max and there are 2 booths, so if you have a stroller like we did, it gets tight. Not too sure how a Wheelchair would fit, but I'm sure the staff would be very willing to accommodate. As far parking, it's limited in a street corner 4 Plex, but come at the right time and you're good.
Overall, I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area.“

“One of my local favs for thai food. Fast friendly service, loved the new sauce containers. Got my go to pineapple fried rice, perfect flavoring and good portion sizing/pricing. Tried the green beans with tofu for the first time and wasn't disappointed. We even had enough for a to-go box. Gave 4* for service and atmosphere because they had this coconut chiffon cake on display but then said it was not available until maybe 2 weeks later! 😞 Also it was a bit chilly inside.🥶
I guess I'll be back in a few weeks to update this review if I get to have some cake!“

“The best Thai cuisine in town, Chef is from Thailand, authentic taste as well. Walked in with my husband in mid-Dec, we both are Green / Red chicken curry lovers, price is right, enjoyable food, strongly recommend. Then, got lunch special take out today, it was fast prepared. Brought it home, food temperature and taste remained Hot/Delicious as we expected. Definitely would visit or take out again.“

“The Chicken Rice is one of the top spots in OC for original Khao Man Gai. It’s been a minute since my last visit, so I was surprised to discover that they relocated from their previous Santa Ana location into the 4th Street Market. The Chicken Rice joins a number of innovative food makers featured in this food hall. I parked at a nearby meter but according to their website, there are two parking structures off of 4th and 5th Streets that offer the first 2 hours free!
I recommend making it a combo with the Chicken & Rice which includes 2 choices of protein, soup and vegetables. My go-to protein choices are Hainanese Chicken and Crispy Chicken, so I get to enjoy the best of both worlds! The combo includes a choice of signature ginger rice or steamed rice, but you can choose brown rice (+$1) or sticky rice (+$2) for an additional charge. They also allow their customers to select 2 sauces from 8 different options. The Ginger Chicken Oil is a nice complement to the Hainanese Chicken and I enjoyed dipping the Crispy Chicken in their Spicy Soybean Chili Ginger sauce. If you’re a Hainan Chicken fan like I am, The Chicken Rice is a must try!“

“I ordered the Chicken pad thai (Medium Spice) not thai level spice so if I do come back, definitely getting spicy with extra spice on the side. The space inside makes you feel like you're transported back to Thailand (there was a cab in the front of the menu screen) and limited seating, a couple of tables outside. Overall rating, 4.6 stars for me, I know google doesn't give me the options for the point six. The pad thai was really good, not too mushy, chicken not over done and love that they added the Vietnamese chives ( hẹ) and bean sprouts along with peanuts, gives an extra crunch in every bite. (Menu are as of June 7, 2024)“

“Tried Thai 7 Bistro for the first time and loved it!! My wife and I ordered take out and enjoyed each dish. The Chicken Pad Thai was right there with my favorite pad Thai dishes I’ve had. The flavor was on point with juicy chicken, peanuts, and lime. We also ordered the yellow curry with tofu. Their yellow curry had a great depth of flavor with the creaminess of the coconut milk and a nice mild curry flavor. To top it off I got the Thai iced tea, always a great drink! The service was quick and friendly, our take out was ready in a quick 15 minutes! Highly recommend!“

“Whenever I get a craving for Thai this is my go to spot. The food is authentic delicious and Just plain beautiful. The prices are reasonable the portions are large. The atmosphere can be busy, but comforting and relaxing, like a coffeehouse. The hustle and bustle of people coming in doesn’t distract from the atmosphere. In fact, it adds to it. I have always judged a Thai restaurant by their Tom kha kai. The first time I had it here I knew I was in for some good Thai. I’ve been making Tom kha gai at home for years now I know how it’s done and the subtleties of the ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“My coworker recommended this place after I requested Thai food lunch. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, the waitress greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. The food was delicious and had such great flavor that I wanted to order an extra meal for dinner tonight. Everything was good and the avocado rolls is now a favorite of mine. I will be having lunch there again next week.“

“Food was good! I needed a little more flavor from the spicy fried rice and drunken noodles and was glad to have the spicy sauces at the table. I'm sort of a sauce boss, so probably will stick the curry options in the future. Staff was really friendly and attentive.“

“I would give more than 5 stars if there was an option to. This is my favorite, local Thai food place. I've had several different dishes (pad Thai, curries, drunken noodles, veggies, soups, etc). Everything I've had here is amazing and also tastes better than other nearby places (better quality and value!). Plus, I love knowing I'm supporting a local, family business. This is by far my favorite little worthwhile hole-in-the-wall spot and a regular go-to for me. If you want to become a regular somewhere, this place is worth frequenting.“

“What a pleasant surprise to find this little place tucked in the Santa Ana/Tustin area on Glassell and Fairhaven in the Big Lots shopping strip. Bangkok Taste is small eatery, would probably seat about 30 people but the flavors are pretty big. We didn't have a large supper because we were on our way to a party where there would be more food. But we couldn't eat at the party because we were so full from a plate each pad see ew pork and chicken, angel wings, massaman curry, rice and mango sticky rice to finish it off. What a feast! Plenty leftover for today's lunch. The only thing we didn't finish was the mango sticky rice. The coconut milk was a bit watery, almost no flavor which was a contrast to the absolutely heavenly coconut massaman curry. We don't live in the area but we visit a few times a month so we'll be back and take our time. Friendly and prompt service, great first experience, clean tables and chairs. Loved it!
Parking: It's a strip mall and they're three doors down from Big Lots so there's plenty of parking if you can't find anything directly in front of the eatery.“

“Great little hidden gem of a resturaunt. food is always delicious with plenty of options to suit just about anyone's tastes. owners are very nice and do a wonderful job managing and maintaining the quality of food. atmosphere is more of a modern Cafe feel than traditional of the culture and the fox theme is absolutely adorable. “Review 17/365 Challenge
Brought a few of my girlfriends here for lunch to my old Thai Food Restaurant when I lived in Fullerton or come here to occasionally get my Thai boat noodle fix 2.18.25
One of my friend who frequently visits Thailand a few times in a year has never had Thai Boat Noodle Soup.
How’s that possible.
Brought her and she loved it along with the Rad Nah.
What we ordered
~ Thai Style Papaya Salad with fresh Shrimp is refreshing and i didn’t get spicy. Because my friend can’t have too much spice. The shrimp with it is good on topped.
~ Garlic Short Ribs are yummy. Light garlic taste that compliments and good to enjoy with the papaya salad.
~ Rad Nah Seafood is good. Recommended. With big thick wide rice noodles stir fried. Topped w a gravy mixed seafood.
~ Thai Boat NoodLe Soup is the best here. I love the broth, thick and well seasonly herbed. The spicier the better. With thin rice noodles.
~ Sweet Mango Sticky Rice was the icing to the top of our lunch. Mango is sweet and fresh with creamy sticky rice.
Service was awesome as always.
Restaurant is big and spacious. Nice Thai restaurant.
Located on the same plaza as 85 Degrees, Wushiland Boba, 99 Ranch Market, BBq Chicken, Red Ribbon, Jollibee to name a few in Euclid Plaza.
Lots of parking available.“
