Starbucks in Placerville

“Stopped in on a rainy Friday to see the remodeled shop. It was clean and bright, and has been opened up nicely with the removal of a short wall running length of the seating area. The staff is not as friendly as many other locations; cordial but not engaging. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, but if you’re looking for service beyond the ordinary, this isn’t the place; its feel is more of a big-city Starbucks than a small-town coffee shop. On the positive side, I’ve never waited long for a drink here.“

“Me and my wife ordered two Frappuccino‘s (carmel frap)(white chocolate mocha frap)and they both came out the best Frappuccinos we have ever had we came in yesterday and our drinks were made wrong by a different girl working by herself (forgot to add Frappuccino roast in both)but it definitely made up for it today our drinks are amazing today and the baristas today really went above and beyond thank you so much Ashley and Candice they are amazing at there job and really take pride in the work they do?five stars all around we will definitely be coming daily to get our drinks from this location 3:40pm 10/12/22“

“We were on a long drive and decided to stop at this Starbucks. The drink was amazing and the staff were incredible. Especially the two ladies serving me, was lovely to chat to them, very friendly. If I was an American resident, I would for sure go to that Starbucks all the time. Get them a raise!“
