“My friend and I went hiking and stopped by to eat at this restaurant. It was our first time there and eating hot pot. Mimi was so friendly and took her time explaining to us. The restaurant is clean and nice. The food is fresh and so delicious. The customer service we received was excellent. I love the hot foods. Will definitely go back with my family. Thanks for a great experience!“

“Driving from Nanwan, the time to join the waiting list is around 5:15 pm, and we will be seated around 7:45. I was so hungry that I went to Jiacheng Kitchen next door to eat spicy hotpot. The overall taste is good, the duck blood and the meat on the skewers are very fresh. I like the pickled beef skewers very much, but I am so useless. It is too spicy to eat just one. There is a lot of room for improvement on the small material table. All in all, it's worth giving it a try.“
“I've been here enough times to confirm the consistency of the quality. I like the MaLaTang offered at this restaurant the most. You pick the items you want included in your MaLa() from a buffet line, your selection is weighed, and they cook it for you. You get to choose 1 of 3 options of how you'd like your MaLa() cooked -- hot pot, stir fry, or something else. You also choose your level of spiciness . I choose 0 spice, but some friends that think they can usually handle mild find level 1 spice to be surprisingly much spicier than what they expect (typically what they consider a 4-5).I love this place since they cook for you, so unlike other hot pot places, there's no chance for you to over-boil your own food. The broth flavor offered here also is savory, and matches my palate. I think some other hot pot places could improve their broth since it's not memorable or anything better than what you make at home.I will continue to go back for the MaLaTang (soup). My friends think this is their best strength on the menu, too. Although the fries look fancy in presentation (they use dry ice in its own bowl and refill the water in the dry ice bowl to continue the show), I found it too greasy but without much flavor or the right crunch to order again.“
“First time here for my wife's birthday. Good quality of food. Ingredients and meat are fresh. Clean and nice ambiance. Service is on par. Wish they have more cold drink selections than just soda. Ice Tea or other Asian can drinks will be good addition. Definitely would recommend people to try!“
“Went with friends and ordered a large portion of spicy hot pot. The portions are generous and the taste is great. There are many dishes. If you can't eat spicy food, you can order something less spicy. There are many options. The service is also very good and enthusiastic. They will go all out to meet your requirements. I like it here!“
“First time ever on Hot Pot adventure. Opted for Best of both worlds with spicy and mushroom soups. Both were delicious. There are lot of protein options in the buffet, anyone with no food restrictions will enjoy to the fullest. We mostly sticked to Lamb & couple of seafood items. Lamb Skewers & Lamb Shank stood out as must try delicacies.Only disappointment was that the server not understanding my inquiry on Anniversary celebration offering . Not sure if it was me or his understanding of English. Despite various attempts & rephrasing, the guy to my surprise doesn't understand the words "Anniversary", "Wedding", "Wedding day", "Wedding Anniversary", "Celebration", etc. Other than that no complaints.“
“Fantastic quality and service.Love it. A favorite restaurant for both my wife and I. We go for Tom Yum and spice it up with the ground thai chilis on the self service bar.Our only negative is that the wait to get a table can be long, there is no way to tell that in advance despite an electronic waiting list, and they don't take reservations. Rules it out often for us. We generally only come "off" hours.“
