“The baristas here make my drink so well pretty much every time. I order a 2/3 decaf iced shaken espresso and it doesn’t taste like bean water here! And I know it’s decaf because I’m sensitive to caffeine (heart palpitations) but still love the taste of coffee.
Also really appreciate the team that works on Sunday mornings! Very friendly and considerate staff.“
“Friendly service, but they are always slammed in the morning, and it takes longer than estimated times to get your order. If ordering ahead, you will need to allow at least 35 to 40 minutes.
Vegetarian options: You have a choice or two in each food category, such as lunch or breakfast.
Parking: There is parking on both sides and you can enter the building from both sides. I've rarely ever been without a parking spot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking in front with leveled ground to roll on into the store.“
“New crew! I know that this location lost a lot of staff all at once and has to hire several ew employees. During this time, the coffee was horrible. I and many people I work with stopped going here because it was a waste of my money. This is no longer true! They have new workers who make some of the best coffee I’ve had at a Starbucks. I am SO happy I can start coming back here again. This has turned out to be one of the best Starbucks around!“
“Service is always great at this location. This is one of only 2 Starbucks with a drive through in the area, so even though the wait is a little long, it's not nearly as bad as the one in Pleasanton. Expect 12-15 minutes when there are more than a few cars.“
“This store touched my soul. This may be a company campaign but, the way it was carried out and reactions the public had was so heart warming. They also have box to give free brand new socks to the homeless or needy. That campaign is called Socktober. Too cute! I always stop here on my drive to San Jose. Now I go anytime I'm within 10 miles. Just too great of a atmosphere to pass up. Good luck all.“
“Thank you, Cece, for always crafting the perfect Americano(s) in the afternoon with a smile while working at my favorite downtown Pleasanton Starbucks location. When I need a little pick-me-up, this is my go-to place. Cece is an expert at her craft, and her shared talents are greatly appreciated.“
“Honestly, the BEST Starbucks. Why? Because the employees are actually the sweetest people. They remembered my name since day one, they always make me laugh, and now have become friends! Sometimes I don't even want coffee but I just look forward to seeing the awesome people there - they make my day!“
“This Starbucks is just the most quaint drive thru I have ever seen. Believe it or not, they are quicker than many of the full service walk-in at Starbucks. There is a walk-up, but no walk in and sit down.None the less, I love this spot. Highway accessible, there is a Wingstop, Taco Bell near by and a Dollar Tree. Good location.. traffic flows well over here. The staff at this Starbucks is extremely polite, and the service is quick. Never in line longer than 5-7 minutes.“
