“Wow, I was seated and waited ten minutes.
Server finally came around and other tables before me.
I was a table of one, may she thought I wasn't going top tip as good?
Maybe I wasn't a young group for her service?
Not Latino enough for her service?
I frequent all IHOP and always tip 25% so maybe some organizations don't want the business.

“Always pretty quick and the food is pretty good with reasonable prices. You can also order online e and have it waiting for you when you arrive. Only thing I'd wish they add is the daily specials to the website. FYSA, they only accept cards.“

“If you are in Port Hueneme or Oxnard area you must stop here for Breakfast. lunch or dinner. Food is fantastic.Wish we had a Roxbury’s in Melbourne, FL. We’re missing that home style NY family deli. Thank to staff for the great food and service.“
