We and were seated in the banquet room and Gail, our server, handled the group cheerfully and efficiently, mostly by herself. She took and delivered all of the orders and deserves credit for her friendly demeanor and keeping her composure while handling this gathering with minimal assistance from the other staff.“

“We needed a place to eat dinner late on Friday night and found Henri's. They were closing in 15 minutes but gladly allowed us to sit and order. We didn't want to make it hard for them so we just ordered breakfast for dinner and it was delicious! We are picky in our bacon and hashbrowns and want them cooked very crispy. They were the best we ever had! The next day we came back for breakfast for real and pretty much ordered the same thing. Unfortunately it must have been a different cook. Although it was good and plentiful it was not cooked as nicely as the night before. Definitely NOT a deal breaker cause Henri's is really very good and the staff is exceptionall - both visits. We could tell it is a local favorite and that is always a good sign.“

Yes, it’s tiny but get there early, secure your seat and you’re in for a ride of the greatest cocktails served up by a ladies and gentlemen’s gentleman - the maker with the shaker, Bill. Seriously, make a friend of this guy and then introduce him and the bar to your favorite people - only your favorite people! “This place feels seedy from the outside and dated and unwelcoming when you step in. Don’t let that fool or stop you. Once you’re in and seated you realize most everyone is a regular, and the staff is warm and welcoming. And the food is seriously stellar. I had the Bullet (their original recipe since 1954), my girlfriend the Huevos Rancheros. You can taste the time and care that goes into making everything from scratch. I don’t usually go places more than once but look forward to becoming a regular here and trying more on the menu.“

WE WAITED 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD. 5 of had to wait 30 minutes too enter which wasn’t that bad but then had too wait 40 minutes for our food, outrageous! I understand this is a new restaurant with a lot of customers but you’ve got to manage little better. The max I would personally wait is 45 minutes. Anyway the music was WAY TOO LOUD with the noise of the waiters and other customers talking you cannot add music that loud. Maybe a lower the volume a little and it might be fine. The food was ok but the chicken sandwich wasn’t crunchy at all but it was really spicy which I admire. The pizza was good too but the dough was not crunchy. The cheesesteak egg rolls were really good and had no complains. The food was surprisingly cheap so that’s also a positive thing.I don’t mean too ruin your business and stuff but I hope when I come back in 2-3 months most things of the complaints would be gone. A will delete this review and write a better one if done. Again, I hope your business becomes an amazing restaurant but there are some adjustments needed. I hope the owner sees this review and responds

“Came here after seeing an Instagram post featuring the skillet burger with all that perfectly melted cheese, and I had to try it. Honestly, so glad I did. This was my first time at Applebee’s and I was pleasantly surprised — the food was great and totally hit the spot.

Shoutout to my server, Savan, who was amazing from start to finish. She gave great recommendations and even let me know they offer happy hour all evening when football is on (which is dangerous information in the best way)

“Spent Christmas morning here and the food and service was amazing! I ordered a burger with seasoned fries and was pleasantly surprised how amazingly delicious the food was! My husband got an omelette and steak and we were both very satisfied with our orders. Our server anticipated our requests before we even asked and the staff was very friendly overall. We also appreciated that the manager kept checking in with us to make sure service was great and it was. Overall I was surprised at how great the service and food was here. We originally only stopped by because it was the only restaurant open at the time but now me and my husband plan to make this a monthly visit because we had such a great experience here. In a day and age where it seems the hospitality industry is leaving the customer service experience behind, I am glad that restaurants like Denny’s still exist and are upholding the customer experience tradition alive.
