“Finney’s a solid choice if you’re looking for an American gastropub that’s family friendly and offers quality food and drinks. I’ve been to at least four locations and they’re all pretty great. The only reason I didn’t give the food five stars is that the food portions are a bit on the smaller side. For example, if you’re an active adult male (like my hubby) and you order shrimp tacos as your entree, you’ll likely need to add a salad with protein or an appetizer. Aside from that minor note, highly recommend!“

The prices on most things can be a bit expensive but your paying for organic foods and of great quality. They also have lots of ready made foods and a place to dine in. We and were seated in the banquet room and Gail, our server, handled the group cheerfully and efficiently, mostly by herself. She took and delivered all of the orders and deserves credit for her friendly demeanor and keeping her composure while handling this gathering with minimal assistance from the other staff.“

Bbq ribs and clam chowder are good, too. They do great burgers, too. But really, it's a comfort hub, with comfy booths and consistent cuisine. The bar is always hopping with a 50s and up crowd.“

“This place feels seedy from the outside and dated and unwelcoming when you step in. Don’t let that fool or stop you. Once you’re in and seated you realize most everyone is a regular, and the staff is warm and welcoming. And the food is seriously stellar. I had the Bullet (their original recipe since 1954), my girlfriend the Huevos Rancheros. You can taste the time and care that goes into making everything from scratch. I don’t usually go places more than once but look forward to becoming a regular here and trying more on the menu.“

“Love the atmosphere of this comfortably casual bar. Ample outdoor seating provides the perfect spot to sip a beer or two relaxing in the sunshine. I don’t eat meat so I haven’t tried the burgers, which come highly recommended. The garlic parmesan fries are excellent and enough for 3 people. Sorry I can’t say the same for the cauliflower wings or pretzels with cheese sauce. But I had the best-poured beer of my life—a fresh Scrimshaw pilsner in a sparkling-clean glass. See attached video. Despite the venue’s name, they now offer cocktails as well as beer and wine.“
