“Carvers Rancho Bernardo is about old values and quality! We, Realtors, give a very high rating, all around, especially to the friendly and professional Staff. Unfortunately, We can not say the same for Manager. It’s obvious, he needs to learn some culture and manners from the Staff Members. We just recently heard, he verbally hurt a number of loyal Carvers’ customers, including few of us, with his dishonest and rude behavior…for no reasons, at all. To make it worse: He walks away, and does not allow the smallest comment. Mr. Manager, while you were in the first grade, we, the old Patrons created the “Desired Image” of Carvers, by our frequent attendance and positive word of mouth among Newcomers!“

“We had a good waitress however she forgot an item I ordered but when I remembered we were done and full. We ordered the little tomahawk it was good. I give it 8/10, with a side if wild mushrooms it needed salt or some kind of flavor. I give it 6/10. Oyster were 10/10, Creme burle was 8/10, espresso martini was 10/10.“

“I made a reservation and we were seated at the time. Our server was helping a big party so the manager helped her out and took our orders. The server checked on us periodically. We got the feast for 2. You can choose an appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 sides (each person) and a dessert. I got a sirloin and it was cooked Medium rare. I added blue cheese crumbles and a side of mushroom. Everything came out perfect. Overall, it was a good date night!“
