“My fiancé and I came to visit this winery with Ellie as our guide to show us what the winery has to offer for a wedding. The views are amazing and the landscape is incredible. Ellie was very descriptive on what we can do and what others have done for previous weddings. Ellie showed us pictures of previous weddings that were held and presented how the winery looks in different seasons. My fiancé and I really enjoyed our experience there and can’t wait to host our wedding thanks to Ellie!”

“I got the Ramona Pho and grilled pork bahn mi. The pho was pretty good , the meatball is amazing in it, and it comes with a large beef rib. But the real test for me is the bahn mi sandwhich because it’s my favorite. It did NOT disappoint. It was HUGE and straight fuego 🔥 10 out of 10 recommend. Is nice to have something like this in Ramona to satisfy that craving. The servers were all very friendly and amazing”

“They have such a cozy atmosphere and warm vibe. Staff are friendly . Huge sized portions of dish and affordable. Best part, they only use fresh ingredients. We had their famous Cheeseburger and Caprese sandwich/ tomato bisque combo. The burger is juicy and the patty is made as how you would like them to be. ( ex,medium, medium well etc)”

“This spot is perfect for a dinner with friends. We ordered a bunch of appetizers to share — hummus, stuffed grape leaves, and grilled halloumi — and everything was delicious. The pita bread was warm and soft, and the service was very chill and helpful.”

“A hidden gem in Ramona. Really enjoyed our lunch. Victor was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Food was really good and fresh. Guac was made fresh for us. We really liked that the food was tasty without being over-spicy. Will be eating there again.”

“We had a great dinner on our way out to the desert for a camping trip. My wife ordered drunken noodles with mock duck and I ordered pumpkin curry. The mock duck was good it was prepared pretty typically with lots of flavor. The pumpkin curry was awesome, I have never ordered pumpkin curry and boy have I been missing out. The ladies working at the front of the house were very friendly and welcoming, the place was nicely decorated clean and felt very comfortable. The prices were very reasonable. I considered it a win.”

“A must visit for good quality wine lovers. Specifically enjoyed their estate Syrah, Petite Sirah and Cabernet. We recently came across this place by pure chance on a trip to the area and ended up staying for several hours enjoying the wine and company of Beth the owner and friends. Leaving with a full case of wine. We had the perfect wine tasting experience in their rustic 'shackteau' overlooking the rolling hills and vines. A prime example that good quality wines are made with passion in the vineyards, and not in the large estates with all their added fuss.”

“Food was excellent, Service was great, Cool folks with good food that's A+, nothings perfect but awful close is y good enough. Had the Lamb Gyro plate, wife had her go to Zucchini Sticks and a Pizza all were excellent. You could taste the real mozzarella on the pizza. Will visit again”

“Absolutely delicious food, we got the chips and guac, which were fresh and hot and the guac was amazing! The prime rib was superb and cooked perfectly. My partner had the shrimp tempura Alfredo and said it’s the best he’s ever had. Will definitely keep this on our list of go tos when we visit”

“Generous portions, affordable prices and delicious tacos!! We came back after a hike and these tacos were amazing. We also tried the tortas, which were tasty sandwiches with a light and fluffy bread (forgot which flavor we had, but the one with ham and pineapple that the lady recommended was superb). The tacos were delicious and full of meat as well. They only take cash FYI. Great taco place and one of my favorites in San Diego—don’t underestimate the food truck!!”

“El Michoacán is without a doubt the best Mexican restaurant in Ramona. I’ve been eating there for 32 years and am always very pleased. The owners and staff are wonderful and try very hard to please the customers. They’re an institution!”

“This place is a gem! $10 for an açaí bowl with fruit, granola, peanut butter. They had passion fruit açaí which I’ve never had before. It was delicious and had great value! I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in the area.”

“Amazing! Our favorite place in Ramona. Alfredo treated us like family. The wines are unique and so clean — we did not experience headaches. We can’t drink wine bc of sensitivity to sulfates and additives. We each had 2 glasses and felt wonderful. No headaches! It’s a gem of a place. The real deal 🍷”

“We've always liked coming in a playing pool, now the tables are $1.00 a game. Had a very intoxicated woman grabbing on all the guys in our group, she should be embarrassed of herself. With that being said, the atmosphere is a little different.”

“Excellent pulled pork and St. Louis style ribs. Their sauces are to die for! They’re either set up here (Ramona) or Poway, depending on the week. Well worth a trip out and a great post hike or ride meal.”

“Things have improved, but still needs some work. I ordered chicken fried steak for breakfast plus biscuits and gravy. Biscuits and gravy improved, but the chicken fried steak was overcooked and I couldn't eat it. plus the service is fair at best. We had to ask for silverware and water. plus the server spoke so softly we couldn't hear her talk. They did give me a discount, but I would have liked to eat the whole breakfast. I hope the New Owner will see this and correct his problem. This could be an outstanding place to eat if things get addressed.”

“We go here for breakfast so often it's embarrassing. The food is almost always 100%, my typical order the All-American is a perfect array of breakfast items with creamy cheese eggs. My husband has been getting steak and eggs lately, which I wasn't sure about at first but it's actually pretty good haha. The staff is really friendly and its such a fun nostalgic experience to visit Denny's. I love it!”

Aiden is fairly new, but he seems to motivate everyone to care about what they’re doing. The food has been made with care, actually looking like the photos vs being thrown together hurriedly. This is the best Mexican food in town. This is what San Diego Mexican food should taste like and the portions are insane.

I will not go to another Mexican taco shop here ever again.”

“I have to say, this is hands down one of the best pizza places in Ramona, CA!

The flavor is incredible, the service is fast, and every pizza pie feels like it’s baked with love. The presentation is top-notch, and the management and customer service are outstanding. Overall, the whole place has a warm, peaceful vibe.

It’s also super convenient if you’re golfing nearby or enjoying any of the great activities around San Vicente. Worth trying this spot!”

Of course sometimes it’s not always perfect, but it’s much better than most locations I come across after eating at subway for 25 years. Kudos! “This is my go-to place for a milkshake! Sometimes I'm disappointed and they're not serving them, but I always go back and won't give up on them because when they are making them, they are PERFECT. Their crazy fries are the best in town!
