“This Starbucks is one of the best I’ve been to. The customer experience is always a 10/10 here. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to provide you recommendations and different drinks I’ve never tried before. I just discovered a new drink I like thanks to Carlie, not only did she recommend more than one drink, she was patient and didn’t make me feel rushed when deciding on a drink. I especially like that it always looks clean even when it’s busy, not the same in all Starbucks.“

“Went thru the drive thru on Monday, May 28,2018 and was blessed! The register was down and my rewards on my app didn’t go thru or the payment so they comp my drinks! “I was craving kenafeh/Bun . I stoped by the establishment… a big smile from owner!!! She welcomed me right away .. I asked for knafeh in a bun !!! Let me tell everyone !!! It was so delightful!! Very delicious!! I had to order a second one ….. job well done !! Top notch ingredients!!!! Very generous portions!!!! When done !! I was greeted with a nice cup of Arabic coffee!!!! I felt so welcome …Way to go !! Then I got introduced to the gentleman who makes the kenafeh and the rest of the fine selection… He is the owner !!! Family business..very friendly.. “I absolutely loved my visit to DER Tea Yogurt in Rancho Cucamonga! Their drinks are so creative and refreshing — I tried the “Mango Yogurt” and it was perfectly balanced and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shop has such a cozy, relaxing vibe. Definitely my new go-to spot for tea and yogurt drinks. Highly recommend!“
“I don't know what the gentleman's name is who was serving Wednesday December 11th at 9am. I believe it was something like malak i couldnt see his name tag clearly but he is always so composed and has excellent customer service skills when ive come to get coffee here.Even with a very long line he's always so gracious, polite and quick with our orders. “Loved Sharetea ? at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga.I went there with my family and everyone enjoyed the five different flavors that we ordered. Chai Boba was amazing! It tastes great and the service was great ? I sat down in the store and watched how the server helped my kids to make the best selection for them ? Will highly recommend ??

We got our order walk out the store and my sons who has atusim got to excited and droped his drink.he was so sad I went in and told them he drop his and would like to buy another.with out questioning it they made him another. “I have been here twice and both times the staff have been friendly and helpful. Last Saturday, I went to Starbucks for a Cinnamon dolce latte and they informed me that they were out of the syrup.. So i decided to go to Klatch, i asked the staff if they had something similar, and they said they could try this and this.. anyway the drink was amazing better than Starbucks!! Found my new coffee shop!!“
“This is a mobile pick up location only. I’ve picked up from this location twice now and both times were flawless. My order was ready and accurate and I’ve received friendly service both times. There are some tables at this plaza so if you wanted to stick around to enjoy your drink or food, there’s some seating available. Parking has never been an issue when I came in the mornings.“
“This one is off to the side inside of the vons. I like that they let me place and psy for an order. I would then continue doing and double back for my coffee. I still go with a Venti Iced Americano in the summer and a Venti Americano hot if it gets cold. Star bucks is almost literally everywhere. Still, thery are consistent and you know what you are getting. I like the current cold brew option they have with the extra foam. I have to be careful that I get the sugar free foam.“

“Just two people working. The cashier doesn't know the system she take order under her book.and manual.asked for reload my golden card . She answered this is Albertsons no connectivity with Starbucks very wrong answer. We reload my card with my phone in one minute. Also on the line we're more than 20 customers. My congratulations to the crew her was working under pressure but she did her job very good and complete all the orders. We wait almost one hour for our order but this is not the problem. This is for the managers schedule 2 employees on Christmas Day very wrong“

“Sunright is definitely our favorite boba shop! They've always been consistent and have a great variety of drinks. We also appreciate that their drinks are customizable and they have some caffeine-free options for kids as well. Service is fast and efficient too. Some of our faves are: white peach oolong w/cheese foam, cream pudding milk tea, Hokkaido frostie, mango frostie, and matcha latte with pistachio foam! Highly recommend!“

“The flavors are undeniably tasty, and the dishes capture the essence of Thai cuisine. However, I found the portion sizes a bit underwhelming, and the Pad See Ew was on the oily side, at least in my opinion. That said, if you’re craving Thai food and looking for bold flavors, it’s worth giving it a try!“

I tried their twisted donuts and OMG... so soft, warm, and delicious 🍩✨ The perfect little treat to pair with your caffeine fix.
What makes them super unique? Their ice cubes are made of coffee 👏🏽🧊 So no watered-down drinks here—just pure flavor till the last sip. Obsessed!
They’ve also got cute merch, a great selection of pastries, and yummy cookies to snack on 🍪🛍️ It’s such a fun spot to stop by whether you're grabbing something to go or hanging out for a bit.
