“Second visit to Limoncello and want to say the food is excellent in every way. Last night I had Arugula salad (very lemony dressing), the Risotto (outstanding) and chocolate gelato which was VERY chocolate. Topped with a nice wine. All Excellent. As for atmosphere, lots of large parties there last night celebrating Christmas and birthdays so was quite noisy, but 'tis the season. Highly recommend Limoncello. Food and service are excellent and above average. Menu is extensive with very different and interesting options. If they would have served a shot of Limoncello after dinner I would have thought I was dining in Italy.”

Ordered couple things to try and love real spice so got spicy chicken vindaloo, spicy chicken curry, medium chana masala and garlic naan. Enjoyed each dish, great quality, flavor and spice. Pro tip: go early (4:30-6) for your choice of seats (with nice views) and the happy hour menu which includes some of the best small plates and cocktails. Bang Bang shrimp is a "must". “Halal spot ; Dizzy Bird is located in a mall, specialize in rotisserie chicken and also offer wraps, which looked pretty good. I went for their whole rotisserie chicken meal with 2 sides — it was around $35. A bit pricier than nearby spots, but considering it’s halal (and halal options are usually limited), it makes sense.

The chicken itself was super juicy, tender, and full of flavor — definitely the highlight of the meal. As for the sides, I tried the fries and rice. They were just okay — not bad, but nothing memorable either.

Overall, solid choice if you’re craving halal rotisserie chicken. I’d come back for the chicken alone!”

“This is a great place for wine lovers. Their wine list has a great selection of commonly loved varietals but also lesser known/found wine varietals. The best part is you can either order one of their pre-designed wine flights or you can design your own wine flight from their variety of offered wines. They have new world and old world wines from a variety of wine regions all over the world.

I also love their boozy ice cream. I ordered a scoop of Carmel Old Fashion ice cream and was so delicious. Dangerously delicious.

For those that like wine they do have some cocktails and craft beer options. I haven't tried them but my friends liked their frozen rose and sangria.”

“Coming from the Mexican food capital of the wold San Diego, it is hard to find spots that have the flavor one is used too. We seen the reviews and took a shot. Nice place, little small, but nice, clean, and good atmosphere, to be fair, we all ordered tacos. We had, carne asada, carnitas, pollo asada and birria. The pollo was a little dry but very food flavor and the carne asada was soft and good. Carnitas were very good, flavor and amount of meat in all the tacos were just right. Birria was also real good. The tortialls were corn, soft and good, they not thick and heavy. Salsa was good as well, same as most other taco shops. No Cali Burrtios or Carne Asada fries here, but no problem, good food, resonible price. Family restaurant, all the family works at Mr. G's, owner came out to greet us, as well as one other worker to see if we needed anything else. Great place.”

“We ran in with only 15 minutes to eat before our movie and asked if they could serve us quickly. We ordered and the food was in front of us hot and ready in two minutes. Really delicious. They even plopped a complimentary mango pudding on our table! Definitely worth your money”

“My husband and I stopped in for breakfast got a flat white, a breakfast sandwich, and the fried rice and everything was absolutely incredible.

Tim was so friendly and hospitable, which made the experience even better. The service was warm and welcoming, and it’s easy to see why this spot is so loved, everyone who came in seemed like a regular. We sat and ate there, and it felt like such a great community vibe.

“Had a nice evening at Dominicos on the lake this evening. My wife and I had reservations and were fortunate to ask Kory for a patio table which he accommodated. Michael took us to our table and was very kind and professional. Pedro came by with our bread and water and said hello. He is one of the hardest working individuals at the restaurant. Eddie our server came by and took our orders with a bottle of Austin Hope and bread to start. My wife ordered a chicken breast salad and I had the chef's special stroganoff which was amazing. Unfortunately my wife's salad came out 30 minutes after my stroganoff which was a cardinal sin in the restaurant business and we mentioned it was not acceptable. Eddie apologized and we also had Steven, the GM, come by and also apologize and ensure the salad would be out shortly. The salad was delivered, of course after I ate my entree and Steven dropped off and apologetic gift certificate for an appetizer during our next visit. We also ordered an additional beef stroganoff plus an order of meatballs to take home for tomorrow. We undertake things happen and it's certainly nice to see the restaurants busy again but a party of two receiving their entrees 30 minutes apart is not conducive with quality service. I am guessing the chef either misplaced the order or overlooked the obvious and we hope next time we will not have such issues as the restaurant is very good and in a fantastic location. Michael also came back around and stated he was concerned about this mishap and would look into this. As a retired government administrator and former restaurant manager in my college days I expect the simple things like entrees being delivered at the same time to be in sync with quality service and dining. We will be back and see if in fact this was an isolated incident. Good food and ambiance plus.
