“It looks like most of the poke here, with the exception of the California roll (imitation crab) and tofu poke, use the same type of fish. Everything is well seasoned and delicious. We ordered two regular portions and were quite full.

I ordered the Hawaiian chili flake & Spicy with white rice and Grandma's pickles. She went with the Shoyu and Spicy with Grandma's pickles and opted to for the seaweed salad. Be aware there is upcharge of you decide to opt out of rice.

The love to get into this place was about to minutes. The staff is friendly and fast. There is a small counter and some tables right outside to eat at but it seems like most people take it to go. They will start running out of choices so get there early.“

“We went to try out the new menu and what a great idea, We had the happy hour sushi and beers and everything was so delicious and the presentation was gorgeous!
We will make this our new spot for sushi, and can’t wait to try the Ramen and all the other choices on the menu. PS outdoor seating is wonderful during the summer months, plenty of umbrellas to go around. Fabulous service to boot“

The lobster roll needed a little seasoning but overall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Hard to find parking and it’s not a big place(just the type of area). I’m going back for the New Orleans Oyster ALONE 😋!“

“We went to Huddy's to watch Monday Night Football. It wasn't crowded and we were quickly seated outside where they had a large TV showing the game.

They were running Happy Hour prices until close that night, so we ordered a few cocktails and some fries. The atmosphere was quiet but fun, and our server was very attentive.

We had a great time and if we ever return to Redondo Beach, we will definitely stop by again.“

“This is our favorite poke bowl spot in the area because you have so many options and everything is fresh and delicious. The bows range in size so you can do a lighter bowl with a green base or go for the traditional rice if you dare. The eel here is really good and most poke spots don't even offer it. Fish is super fresh and there are seemingly endless toppings, sauces, add-on, and choices where you could do thousands of combinations. There are little things too.. just the say the kitchen puts the blows together they always look very artistic and appetizing.. other spots the bowls just aren't this pretty. If you love poke this is the place for the fully loaded style bowls with a ton of options.“

It’s got that classic hippy, grounded, “take a deep breath and relax” energy that makes you want to linger over your meal. My only qualm is that it’s not 100% vegan. I really appreciate the clearly marked vegan options, but it’s 2025—come on, Green Temple, you’re so close… just go fully vegan already. I had the Savory Wrap: a 10-inch sprouted wheat tortilla packed with rice, beans, garden mix, salsa, and topped with a rich savory tofu sauce. The ingredients tasted very fresh, it was super filling, and the tofu sauce fixed my savory sauce craving—I never make it enough at home. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to vegans, vegetarians, and anyone hovering on the fence and curious to try something hearty and plant-based in a zen setting. Try it.“

I’m a true pizza lover, and I honestly don’t mind driving an hour from San Fernando Valley just to enjoy their food. You can feel the love and care in every detail, from the packaging to their communication on social media. It’s clear how much they love what they do and how much they care about their customers. It’s really a privilege to taste their pizza. I’m eating mine right now, taking small bites because I don’t want it to end. Honestly, there’s no better pizza in Los Angeles. “I stopped by early in the morning to grab some lunch and ordered two fish tacos and two shrimp tacos. The shrimp tacos were made to perfection—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right—but the fish tacos actually stood out even more, easily the highlight of my meal. The only small downside was the special sauce, which slightly overpowered the natural flavors of the tacos.

They serve fresh chips and salsa with your meal, and the salsa leans on the spicier side, but it’s packed with great flavor. The restaurant itself is spotless—super clean, almost immaculate—and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The only thing that feels a bit off is the location, which seems tucked away and not as visible as other spots. That said, the food and customer service are absolutely top-notch, and I’ll definitely be visiting again whenever I’m in the area.“
