“Had a great brunch there while attending a soccer tournament in San Bernardino. Authentic Mexican cuisine, it was fresh, tasty and the service was great, what else? I had the Huevos Mexicana, rice and beans on the side, was amazing. Had also both grilled peppers and corn tortillas to complement it, heaven on earth ?Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly with dedicated menu“

Our server Deli was the sweetest and the owners came out to greet us which was really nice and the place was very clean and they have the cutest napkin holders. “Absolutely 5-Star! Everything was on point. We were in Lake Arrowhead for several meals and this one was definitely the best. They also serve breakfast, so we're coming back for that as well next time. All four people in my dining party were very happy with their food. Cali Burrito. Shrimp Burrito, Chimi-style bean & cheese. They even had a chicken sandwich for our picky eater. Highly recommend!“

“I've been going here for over a decade and it is my favorite taco shop. It feels like home. Don't let the taco shop fool you, it has much more than just tacos. The Chicken Enchiladas, the Shrimp cocktails, the fish means, rice and beans! Go here and you won't be disappointed. From the budget taco special to the entire menu! Highly recommended!“

“Interesting older area; took huge hits with the base closures of the ‘90s. Looks like one of the last places in the area hanging on. Great food, friendly staff, easy parking and access. Just adjacent to what was Norton Air Base. Got off menu burittos of asada/chirizo. Quite good food, served up quick at a very reasonable price.Kid-friendliness: Their outside seating area was kept clean, with only a single entrance next to where you order. Easy location to allow the kid to run around.“

“This is a hidden gem!! Decided to try this place on Thursday night and it has definitely become a favorite spot. The location is in deep San Bernardino so there is not a lot going on around the area. They have nice seating area inside as well as a drive-thru! The staff and the guy always working is super kind and gives off such a positive energy. Great service each time. It's been really cold and I wanted some pozole on a random Thursday, luckily they serve it! It was soooo delicious and I had ordered it to-go, they packaged it very carefully with all the condiments for it- it was also still very hot when I got home. I also tried their asada and pastor tacos and they were soooo good - very flavorful and I love the handmade tortillas. I also had the horchata and it was definitely made with love. Each time I've gone it hasn't been super busy, but this is a spot that should be busy!! I've brought family and friends and they all agree it is a delicious hidden gem. Definitely recommend if you're in the area 10/10.“

“Juanito's is a most welcome discovery for delicious Mexican food in the Inland Empire! I live in Redlands and have not been able to find a place that excites me and my wife to get tasty Mexican food! Not only is it yummy, but the prices are very affordable compared to most in the surrounding areas, like Redlands. The street tacos are excellent, the meat burritos are more than satisfying, and the potato tacos are worth the extra food you'll eat by ordering one! Their green salsa is not disappointing, very spicy, and flavorful!“

“I recommend all the food because everything is very delicious, and also good and friendly service, I have been visiting this beautiful restaurant for 10 years, and the coffee is also very good, and the Salvadoran breakfast is my favorite but I recommend that you try everything because I assure you that you will want to return soon, because Café Deli el Rancho for me is the best in the area ?“

“My new go-to for tacos and burritos. Very flavorful meet and the corn tortilla is excellent. It is a Must TRY. If you're not used to spicy food, just be aware that seasoning may be spicy. It is not overwhelmingly spicy but there is a kick. The green and red sauce are flavorful.“

“I come here at least once a week. We always order the 1lb of mixed meats. It comes with beans and freshly made corn tortillas and salsa. They give you beans and some mini tostadas as an appetizer. I really love this place. The food quality and taste is consistent. Highly recommend ?“

“This is my favorite restaurant: the food is great; big portions and you will not find nicer people that run. The view of the lake and breezes make it such an enjoyable place to eat.“
“Drove past on a Friday night and saw a line of people extending down the block so I had to check it out. Got 3 regular tacos: al pastor, cabeza, chorizo. And one asada queso taco. Al pastor taco: Al pastor is my go to taco meat, and their al pastor on the trompo spit was huge and looked incredible. However, I was a bit let down. It was good, but not incredible. Score: 4 out of 5 Cabeza taco: Cabeza I usually don't get but holy carp was I glad I did. The cabeza was sooooooo soft and tender and tasted amazing. Their cabeza was the best I've had and I will definitely be trying it at more places in the future, thanks to this place. Score: easy 5 out of 5 Chorizo taco: Chorizo I find is often hit or miss. Some places have chorizo that is way too salty. Their chorizo was a bit weird because it tasted a bit sour to me. Not sure if that's normal or a specific type of chorizo? I didn't get sick afterwards so.... I didn't like it though. Score: 2 out of 5 Asada queso taco: I was unsure about the cheese hence why I only ordered one. However, the melted cheese really added a nice flavor to the asada taco and made me wish I had ordered queso on the other tacos as well. Definitely recommended. Score: 4 out of 5 If you find yourself in Eagle Rock, definitely check this place out. The line can get pretty long but it moves pretty quick.“

“After admiring the tranquil #Los Angeles#Big Bear Lake#Arrowhead Lake, this restaurant is not to be missed on your return trip! We went here to have some snacks in the afternoon and dinner in the evening. We didn’t order too much. There were not many people in the store. You can choose the first row of seats with cliff and mountain views. The scenery here is refreshing and makes you feel like you are on vacation. atmosphere“

“I grew up down the hill. Mexican restaurants galore. I had the pleasure of knowing authentic flavors and this place gets it!! Delicious carne Asada! Perfectly grilled nopales! Bomb salsas!!! My only critique or rather suggestion would be if they could add homemade horchata! Otherwise wonderful experiences! I've met a few employees and staff, all of them so sweet! Restaurant is cozy and quaint, pretty quiet but casual! Great for lunch and dinner.“

“Such a good spot- The vibe was immaculate and it was the perfect spot to take a break and recharge after a long day. “The green sauce they use for the enchiladas is so so delicious that I crave it occasionally. They have limited evening hours, I believe after 5 and closed some weekdays. The staff and service has always been pleasant and accommodating, and we frequent this location. Highly recommended unless it gets so crowded that I can't get a seat??“

“Some of the best food I’ve had in a while. I thought the food had a lot of flavor. We had the quesa pizza with Birria, Pastor Mulita, and Birria tacos. There was so much food for three of us and we left with extras and paid less than $50. Also one of the best cucumber aqua Frescas I’ve had. We’re gonna be back in the area again tomorrow and plan on going back. Highly recommend.“

“Carne asada fries and burritos are a must. Their guacamole is good and everything is prepared to order. Super simple takeout experience every time we come by. Eating in the shop is an option too, but the location isn’t terribly convenient to get to without driving up.We’ve been coming here more and more for breakfast burritos, which are a great deal and delicious. “Note: I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of our food. Take that as a sign...it was good. We got there early, so the restaurant was just starting to get busy for breakfast. The smells of the kitchen really hit the appetite. Very small dining area, but warm and cozy. Decor was classically Mexicano. The menu was classic. They do have adult beverages if you are dining a little later in the day, but for me - I decided on a Mexican coke to go with my meal. I had the Chorizzo con Juevo plate and my wife had the Machaca plate. Both meals were delicious and filling. The beef in the Machaca was well seasoned. The refried beans were not your canned refried beans, or at least they did not taste like it. Maybe I was that hungry. The surprise was the salsa. Homemade and delicious. They must have a lot of people asking for it as they do sell it to go. If your on your way up to Arrowhead or Big bear, this little gem is right on the highway where you decide to go left to Arrowhead or straight to Big Bear. If you're hungry it is worth the stop. Hasta Luego!“

“Amazing Chile Rellenos!!! Damn, I'm craving one now. The Basura burrito is a life changer, for better or worse. We have NO REGRETS! Just for the sheer size alone and comedic aspect (it had us rollin all night whenever we'd glance over and realize we still had to finish it). This entree made our trip extremely memorable. They don't mess around with the quantity of pork and goodies they jam up in there. You must spiritually prepare for something like this, but you will be enlightened afterwards. GODSPEED! & get it wet, for sure. Half roja half verde. Service was ehhhh but it's not really about anything else but the BASURA!! Naw but really, don't skimp on the freakin salsa when we have a 10-pound burrito to take down. & smiling always helps :)“

“Service was excellent. Food was hot and quickly served.Thier handed down recipes were a bit different than the recipes that were handed down to me. The atmosphere was fun and lively. But very loud. It was a Sunday that we were there, and that was when they serve. "All you can eat and drink buffet." Crowds of people were there, and it was very noisy.Wheelchair accessibility: I rode my scooter in the restaurant and was easily seated. I used the scooter when I went to the restaurant on my own and easily did my busines.“

“Food was solid and really held us over during a cabin trip. Good cost, good quality, nice venue. Friendly staff, with solidly built kitchen, a little noisy since theirs no sound insulation between the kitchen and indoor seating area. Having said that, during nicer weather, the outdoor seating looks picturesque. Not my local, but I'd frequent regularly if at all possible.“

“This has become my go-to, pick-up, Mexican Restaurant. The food is good and the portions are more then generous. Normally, I get two items at other Mexican restaurants. Not at Sosa's. I couldn't finish my Chicken Enchilada with beans and rice plate. The service was excellent and I didn't have to wait long for my take home. I give it 5 Stars.“

“If you’re looking for some GOOD Mexican food, then this is the spot!I promise you, don’t waste your time with these Mexican restaurants up here, not only are they overpriced, but they’re old and for the most part they’re all ran the same way, so of course the food tastes the same… BLAND!I hope this places doesn’t change the way they do things to acquire to certain people because the food is bomb and worth trying.“
“Mitla Cafe has been on our list for a very long time. Over the years we have seen celebrity chefs eat here, and review it. We have done Route 66 and never have hit the restaurant when we could stop and eat, so on the way back from Joshua Tree National Park and a little bit of a detour, we made time to have lunch. So glad we finally got to eat here. The restaurant has been open in this location since the 1930's and is a gem in San Bernardino. We were seated right away, our server came over immediately and brought water, chips and salsa. The first basket of chips is complimentary, but you will pay $2.99 for a second basket, which I don't have a problem with. We both decided on our dishes. I went with a shredded beef taco, and Mr. B had the two enchilada plate with a shredded beef taco. The taco shell was crispy, filled with tender shredded beef, fresh crispy lettuce and lots of cheese. Sounds basic I know, but it really had an authentic taste to the dish. I did snag a couple of bites of one of the cheese enchiladas filling Mr. B's plate and they were amazing. He loved his plate, again the taco was filled to the brim, the two cheese enchiladas were filled with perfectly melted cheese and a unique and flavorful red sauce. They were not the flat enchiladas many Mexican restaurants serve, these were full of cheese and so good. The plate did not have rice and beans, which was great too. The plate was filling enough. We found street parking which was nice. The food was excellent, service great, and you feel the history within the walls and the photos that fill the walls. If we find ourselves in San Bernardino we will definitely eat here again. Note, that I didn't notice any vegan options, vegetarian options with the cheese enchiladas which are filling. Also, the menu states no substitutions and they mean it. So don't go in expecting to order a plate of food and change it, you can't. I believe others have complained about this, but we didn't have a problem with it. Sometimes you need to eat the food how it is prepared.“

“We came to San Bernardino for a soccer tournament and we came to eat here, we called in advance to see if they would accommodate 20 people and they said yes. When we got there they were setting up tables outside so we can eat all together! Despite being 20 of us they got our drinks and food out in a timely manner. We were all very satisfied with the meals we chose. Not only were they super accommodating they also gave us free appetizers!“

“Excellent service, very nice clean and tidy place, perhaps the only bad thing is that it is small, I imagine that more than once you will have to wait for a table, just like with the parking. The service was excellent, the waitresses were very friendly, the prices were good, they had a lot of variety of food.“
“They are always kind, welcoming and fast! They are my favorite go to spots as I believe a good taco comes from the salsas! The habanero does not disappoint. “Great food for a spot in the gas station. Only concern is the website says closes at 9p, but the lady says they close at 8p for orders...little confusing as she said they have to stop cooking at 8p so they can close by 9p. I would recommend changing the time as that is misleading to those that may want a meal coming in after 8p.“
