When I passed by Tony Baloney's I knew right then and there were I was going to eat. I've heard about Tony Baloney's but I've never been, so today I'm going to see if the urban legend is true!
Well, I don't know if they make the best sandwiches in the world..but Sactown for sure is in the top 3!

“This location provides awesome customer service. Reception, manager and staff were friendly and check in with you constantly. Our server Alexa and Heidi ensured our food was delivered on time. They replaced the calamari as it was too salty to my preference with no issue . Suggested the new spicy honey chicken and it was great . I really think it should be on their menu forever. Manager came to check in with us as well . Well this is how I remembered Olive Garden used to be previously in the Bay Area as well . I’m pleasantly surprised that this location still upholds the standard. Food was delicious too. Thank you“

“I was brought here for my birthday. Had a good shrimp carbonara and took a fettuccine home to enjoy the next night. Yum. Service was top notch. The music was too loud and annoying when we arrived. We asked the waiter to turn it down and he did! The meal ended with a delicious dessert, a birthday candle and 3 forks. A very pleasant meal.“

“One Star- The food was not what I expected. The flavors of Italy was not there. The seafood pasta- clams and Musscles, we undercooked, shrimp and scallops were low quality and bland. 0 flavor. Sauce was very lacking in flavor. Couldn't tell if there was garlic in it or not. The bread had a distinct hint of burnt flavor on the back of my tounge. Not sure if you need to request bread or parmesan or what but I saw lots of people getting extra service. I definitely won't be back and maybe thats the point of giving some folks bad food or service is so their kind won't come back? Who knows but mission accomplished. I nor anyone I know will be back.“

“If you haven’t been to Serritella’s yet, it’s definitely worth a visit. I ordered the pesto pasta and it was delicious. I skipped adding protein (meat has just not been it for me lately), and honestly, it didn’t even need it—the flavor carried on its own. My only tiny complaint? It said it came with sun-dried tomatoes… and I think I counted three. But even with that, the dish still hit. My wife ordered the chicken parmesan and said it was bomb. Of course I had to try a bite—and she wasn’t lying. The flavors were all there, no notes, no “I wish it had this or that”—just solid. I also had the white sangria and let me tell you… that alone is worth coming back for. So good. We sat out on the patio, got greeted right away, and our waitress was attentive, kind, and just added to the whole experience. She even offered dessert, but we were so full we had to pass—and that’s saying something because banana cream pie is one of my favorites. Bonus: she’s the one who makes it. I love a good family-style spot like that. We’ll definitely be back… and next time I might just order a salad so I can save room for that pie 😂“

“Not sure exactly where to start but this restaurant has some serious customer service issues and that's just one category we were very disappointed in. We ordered online last night to try it out as we saw so many great reviews for the food so we broke from tradition and on my birthday we decided to eat here. All we ordered was a Helen, Cheese Fondue, and the Meatball rigatoni. I received an email stating the food would be ready in about 45 minutes. We left 35 minutes later as it's only up the street from where we live. As we arrive we noticed it's a little corner spot with patrons and appears to be more of a quaint little sit down restaurant and my wife and I thought maybe next time we just come in instead of take out. We stood there for about 2-3 minutes and then guy yells from across the room that he will be with us in a minute. He didn't seem to have anything he was really doing but ok. So finally an older guy comes over and asks us if we have been helped. We told him we were there to pick up our order, and he says he will go check on it. After a few minutes he comes back and says he tried to call us (no record of any missed calls on my phone) and that the rigatoni with meatballs was not available and he wasn't sure how it let us order that online. We don't know either and we definitely know you didn't try calling us to tell us that. Anyways he provided the option for a refund or to make my wife another dish. He mentioned shrimp scampi as the alternative, now the rigatoni was $25 a plate and they didn't even have shrimp scampi on the menu so I was skeptical since usually if they make something good it would be on their menu. So we waited for another 10 minutes for this SCAMpi. I capitalize scam because that's exactly how we felt when they tried to give us this alternative dish and we looked at it. I wish I had taken a picture of what they brought out for $25.... It was literally a small portion of large macaroni noodles, and no more than maybe 6-7 small chunks of shrimp in some greasy sauce that looked totally unseasoned... Gross. I wouldn't feed anything that dish and they should have never tried to replace a main dish like that with something as disappointing as what we received. So I took the container back into the restaurant as we hadn't left the parking lot as I wanted to see first just what they felt was comparable to the $25 we just spent. I found the guy who helped us and just explained that we wanted the refund and the scampi was not acceptable. He said ok and said right after that the refund was already processed. Now to the other food. The pizza was $23 and the cheese fondue was $13. Normally $23 for a pizza isn't crazy, but this was literally the size of a medium if that, and was extremely bare of ingredients. It taste pretty good, but wasnt worth the money at all. I don't eat a lot, and I was able to eat half of this pizza alone without even blinking. The cheese fondue was ok but not memorable. So now today I get up and take a look at my bank account to see if the refund was actually processed, and what do I see? Instead of a refund, I was charged again for that SCAMpi and not actually refunded! I wouldn't dine here again with the lack of customer service, value, and lack of integrity. I will be going back in again to get this straightened out and am not happy about it.“

“I love their meals! The amount of money I’m saving because I’m no longer door dashing is embarrassing lol. Food is great and convenience is incredible. I’ve also been losing weight, because I’ve got a healthier option, and I split the meals into two sometimes! Wish they had vegetarian options, but I’m really happy overall.“

“Having lived in Sacramento almost my whole life I've past by this place a thousand times, decided to finally try it the other day. The restaurant itself is very nice and the atmosphere is very inviting. The staff and service is top notch. The food was good, fairly limited selection. I had the cheese ravioli with red sauce and a meatball on the side, which was well prepared and good. I think maybe I picked too basic of a dish and wasn't really wowed by it. I'll be back and try the lobster ravioli next time. All the mains include a scoop of serbert ice cream which I will say was the star of the whole show. Cool Sacramento restaurant and I can see why it's stood the test of time.“

“You know I don't give 5s but I tell ya. I walked into this pizza place on a whim and boy oh boy was I impressed!! I have NEVER found or understood the whole New York concept of folding your pizza over until now. My goodness the pizza experience elevated immensely.

The crust with the sauce and pepperoni all flowed and literally melted in my mouth. I always sprinkled red pepper and parmessan but this pizza didnt even need it.

There was a family that came in while I was waiting and they decided to leave. I know they are kicking themselves because this pizza is IT!!

Met the Owner's and they added even more to the pleasant experience with their customer service. I'll definitely get to Sac to try again!“

“The food was okay overall, but I really loved the crispy calamari appetizer! The portion was generous for the price and definitely worth ordering.
The overall experience was pleasant, but the service could have been better. At the beginning, a female server was very attentive and checked on us regularly. However, after her shift ended, our server was a male employee who rarely checked on our table. We waited quite a while for assistance, and I even had to ask another server for help when I wanted to request a birthday ice cream.

“What a secret little spot, I’ve worked nearby for over a year.. I’m so disappointed I never found this place sooner. Hands down best pizza I’ve ever had, even the crust you eat till the end because it’s filled with flavor.

Taste like they have all natural ingredients made from a company who CARES.

I just wish there was a way to add more ingredients than the allowed.. but
I’m sure if I would have asked to pay for it versus do it online they would have done that. They were really nice and very FAST!!

My goodness, I’ve been in the customer service field for more than a decade, and I can say that yessihr? And Victoria and most of all my delivery driver JACKIE! Customer service to the fullest is an understatement, to others the service you guys provided me tonight will be very light to them, but to me, it meant the world, I felt like we were all old friends that caught up on the phone. Literally especially the vibe I had with Jackie by just normal communication! Thank you so much. We are about to tear this pizza down and you guys just made our night on top of that by just being you guys! Please take those spirits around the world! We need you. Thank you pizza guys! “Place is a joke! Looks like a great deal, a tri meat meat pizza for $19.99 I clicked on it, I ordered it. They delivered me an all cheese pizza. I called them right away, they seriously argued with me that I ordered an all cheese pizza. My receipt clearly says trio pizza on it. If I had the energy I would drive there, but they're not worth that much time out of my day. Ended up costing me $30 after delivery fees, a 10% tip, and sales tax for a medium cheese pizza. Avoid this scam at all cost!!“
