“Came here 3 days ago to try the food since I've constantly drove by and wanted to have a taste. I am super disappointed in my experience. The Hot dogs were like rubber and could tell they had been cooked hours before. There was barely any meat in the chili. I also was charged $147 instead of $14.70 by the manager Pat and she refused to refund me. I will never return or recommend anyone to go here.“

“I was there one morning and they were doing something new for there customer. If you would tell another friend or person that you love ❤️ then they gave your breakfast for free. Wow. So a course I called up my daughter and told her that I love her. McDonald wants to spread the word love your neighbor and family. I only eat at this McD because I know the faces and when I have breakfast 🍳 with my friends once a week they bring me my order to me. They haven't messed up my order like the one on Columbus Parkway. “A day in particular when I went there was Tuesday, October 11th, 2022. I ordered their $5 Biggie Bag and a free meal with a coupon. I have been on disability for over a year and their Biggie Bag and free meal deals do come in handy on my strict food budget. Their two self-serve fountain drink machines have very good varieties to choose from in regular and in diet options. Plus, they also have Dave's Lemonades which I'm so curious to try some day soon.

They did a good job in remodeling their restaurant.

BUT ....

On this particular day, I asked for the restroom key so that I could wash my hands first before I ate my meal. I was given the key for the # 1 restroom. When I opened it, there was a nude homeless man in there bathing himself!!! He must have snuck in there in-between dining patrons!! I notified the management about it! They need to do a better job of monitoring their visitors.

I finally got the key for the # 2 restroom. When I opened it, it stank like the previous person who used it REALLY DID A # 2! ??

Their restrooms need to be well-ventilated. One of their self-serve fountain drink machines ( the one on the left ) needs to be repaired. And their two ketchup dispensers don't dispense.

Update: Sunday, October 16th, 2022 @ 11:36 a.m.

I had just finished eating breakfast here. I asked for the restroom key so that I could wash my hands before leaving. I was handed the key to restroom # 1. I opened the door only to find out that there was a black man sleeping in there! I don't know if he was the same one from 5 days prior. I reported it to management.

I don't know about this place anymore. ??‍♂️ It has started to get bad. ?

Update: Since August 2024

They now have better control of how customers can have access to their restrooms. ? I don't believe that vagrants can sneak into the restrooms in-between customers anymore. At least, I haven't seen such a problem any longer since they escort each paying customer to an available restroom to unlock the door for them. ?“

“Long time fan, never a problem, until tonight after I ordered 20 nuggets, 4 tacos, 3 eggrolls, 7 jalepeno poppers, and onion rings. drive thru guy around midnight gave me one bag and said it was all, I counted and said I still got 4 more items which his employee soon gave... I asked it if was all there and I was still missing the nuggets when I got home. LOVE you guys. Just saying I want my nuggets tomorrow PLEASE!“

“If you like thin sliced crispy pizza🍕, this place is good. The topping choices are numerous and fresh. The salads are great, and they use better bowls now. And, of course, all the salad fixing offerings are numerous and fresh.

to find the place a comfortable temperature inside. Before, I had stopped coming because it was just too dang cold in there.
They must be under new management because there have been a lot of good new changes made, which will have me and my friends coming back more frequently now.“
