“Panda Express is, Iam guessing, a chain restaurant, and that makes the atmosphere dull and takes a star away. But other than that, its food has been consistently good. Servers almost always do a good job. Rarly is a server completely bad,and it's the same at Panda Express.“

“Been eating in house and to go at this Chinese restaurant for the last 16 years. Family run and they always remember our order via phone or in person. Consistantly good, fresh made food. Best in town and we don't go anywhere else to get Chinese food. Pot stickers , won ton soup, chicken soup, prawns dishes and veggies are always great.“

“The photo does not do it justice! My fiancé went in to pick up our order and the gentleman there was beyond kind to give him a bowl of delicious lentil soup while he waited. We got the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan and we were not disappointed. It was delicious and flavorful with perfectly cooked chicken and rice. The sauce was perfectly balanced the portions were large and left us both with no complaints! We cannot wait to go back and try other things. It’s definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I will be recommending to friends.“

“We often ate at the original Hang Ah restaurant in SF back in the late 1960's & early 70's. Moved to SR in 1973 and were floored when Hang Ah opened in the old AW building around 2008???

“I love this place. It's the OG of fast, affordable and delicious Chinese take out. Nothing fancy here, just great food and amazing service.
I've been eating at Silver Moon since they opened. If I remember correctly, early nineties maybe late eighties. Then one day to make it even better they begin to offer dim sum. Not a lot, but the staples and some unique curry buns.
Staff and food is 10 stars worthy. Please visit, I don't ever want to see them leave.
BTW - They don't always advertise it, but they do a really great Hot and Sour soup. You just need to ask.“

“First time here. Very impressed with the food. Not salty, not buried in onions or garlic. The vegetables were lightly cooked, fresh and flavorful. Decor was tasteful and clean. Service was friendly and pricing was fair. I wish they were in Napa where we live!

“One of my go to places for lunch specials there prices and portions are great they even give soup on to go orders. I like the Mongolian beef with fried rice and the bbq pork and mixed vegetables with fried rice lunches and it comes with a crab puff. Pics to come“

“We enjoy going there for lunch when we are out of food at home. The lunch price is reasonable and the portion is large enough for two meals. I like snow peas with beef and my spouse likes snow peas with chicken. The food is always piping hot when they bring it to us. It comes with a cup of soup and it is tasty as well. No complain about the service if you tip a fair amount.“

“Crispy noodle house chow mein. Great Crispy fried noodles, just served in a too small a plate. I am not a fan of the overly sweet brown sauce used on this dish, I grew up with a more clean clear or wine based sauce. The vegetables were fresh crisp and tasty. Meats of shrimp, chicken, beef were tender and made this a repeating thing to eat. I just need a lighter healthier sauce.“

“The service was great, except they tried bringing me prawns I didn't order and then brought the bill with the prawns still on it. They were quick to rectify the situation both times, but it is worth noting. The food we did order came in large portions and taste amazing! We ordered orange chicken and Princess Chicken. We'd go back, again, staying on top of what they bring to the table and reading the bill carefully.“

“This place has amazing food. Taste was awesome. The service was great. I have not had great Chinese food like this for quite some time. Would highly recommend. I also enjoyed that the food was not over seasoned with soy sauce or other seasons so that you could really taste the flavor. Also had best ingredients such as the seasame chicken was only whole white meat. Not bits and pieces of chicken.“

“I’m stoked. Finally a Chinese restaurant to give others in the area a run for the money. Very friendly staff, and the restaurant is clean. The lamb hotpot is legit. Lots of stuff inside a simmering cauldron of soup served on the table. We got the spicy version and it did not disappoint. The numbing sensation of the Szechuan peppercorns was unmistakable. Not sure, this might be the only hotpot north of the Golden Gate Bridge The beef chow fun was GOOD! Sometimes versions are oily, but this one wasn’t. Not at all. Garlic eggplant was also fantastic. Super flavorful and the color palette was stunning. The menu is pretty extensive, not sure that is a good thing.

Restaurant location is kinda hidden. Go! Try it. As a Chinese dude, I’m glad they opened up near my home. Serving sizes are kinda too big, but leftovers.“
