Probably just one or two people are serving, so expect longer wait times than usual if there’s a lot of people. Other than that, staff is friendly and do their best to be efficient and quick. I notified that they support local business, if you buy a pizza nearby (business on flyer) you’ll get a discount there at cold stone upon showing receipt.“

They have always had delicious Mexican bread, pastries, and cakes...now they have added tamales (if you're lucky enough to get them). Great for a quick trip when you need milk or eggs, but you get to treat yourself too.“

“Bought a cake for a going away party for my coworker who moved to Texas. The cake was exactly what I asked for. I had to pickup the cake at a store-front. The store-front is a cafe that belongs to a different business that is partnering with this baker. You have to go inside and let them know you are there to pickup your cake. The cafe store-frint sells good food and drink too, and the customer service was excellent.“

“5 stars for the service but omg we just came to try the Tiger Milk Tea with boba and oh boy avoid at all costs. Whoever thought of it had a great idea and presentation(minus the vanilla scoop making it look like chunks of cheese floating around your tea) but awful awful execution. Also did not know the brown sugar boba was popping boba and it just felt like exploding gobs of caramel with each boba, very unpleasant. Get something else!!Also big sad there's no bubblegum flavor ice cream. :(“

She gave us her thoughts on a few flavors we were considering and offered us samples too! The wild n reckless sherbert was what my husband decided to go with, it has a sweet and sour kick! If that's what you're going for, give this flavor a try. The place was very clean and not crowded. I've now got a Pasadena Baskin Robbins location to visit when I'm in town. “Baskin-Robbins is premium ice cream and is more expensive, but it worth it. The serving size is a generous scoop every time. The service is very friendly and helpful. They even offered water to a customer that was coughing and we were impressed with the concern the server had. Our granddaughter enjoyed her two scoops of ice cream so much that she wouldn't even share a little with us.“

The customer service is very poorly they rarely show manners and when it comes to asking for samples they always seemed bothered. Customers should be able to taste different flavors to know what they need or to try something new.“

“It's In n Out. What more is there to say? It's the closest location to my place. I guess they could cook their fries a bit better. But as always. Great food quality. The only downside to this location is that the parking suck, and when it gets busy. Forget getting in. The lot is so small that the car line to get in is ridiculously long and sometimes blocks traffic.“
