“Great ice cream! Cold stone never fails on providing great service, however staff here is very very low. Probably just one or two people are serving, so expect longer wait times than usual if there’s a lot of people. Other than that, staff is friendly and do their best to be efficient and quick. I notified that they support local business, if you buy a pizza nearby (business on flyer) you’ll get a discount there at cold stone upon showing receipt.“

“There are no 2nd competition like Potos Bakery. Cuban families had dreams and their dreams definitely came through. Best bakery intown. “The store was very crowded even in the morning. The line was really long. The food was really great though - nice pastries, nice burritos, and nice croquettes. The tables were very close to each other and it was a very open and crowded hall stuffed with loads of people. I feel like they were understaffed.“

“It was my first time here, and this place was pretty busy. A lot of people were picking up cakes and buying cakes like the mango cake that was freshly made.
It's not too big on the inside, and there was only one lady who was helping everyone. They had a special going on, but 5 get one free.
I purchased a bunch of snacks for me and the family. One of my favorites is the pineapple cookie, which has actual pineapple on the inside. They had sponge cakes and peanut/ sesame candy. They also had bbq bun, which is always a go-to. They also had a mochi walnut cake that was delicious.“

“5 stars for the service but omg we just came to try the Tiger Milk Tea with boba and oh boy avoid at all costs. Whoever thought of it had a great idea and presentation(minus the vanilla scoop making it look like chunks of cheese floating around your tea) but awful awful execution. Also did not know the brown sugar boba was popping boba and it just felt like exploding gobs of caramel with each boba, very unpleasant. Get something else!!Also big sad there's no bubblegum flavor ice cream. :(“

If that's what you're going for, give this flavor a try. The place was very clean and not crowded. I've now got a Pasadena Baskin Robbins location to visit when I'm in town. The store-front is a cafe that belongs to a different business that is partnering with this baker. You have to go inside and let them know you are there to pickup your cake. The cafe store-frint sells good food and drink too, and the customer service was excellent.“
