“Absolutely amazing! The poke bowl was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — every bite felt like a treat. The portion was generous, and the variety of toppings was impressive (so many options to customize!).

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly cared about the customers’ experience. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal.

“We had the pleasure of having BucketHead BBQ cater our recent rehearsal dinner. It was an on site BBQ set up. What an amazing experience. The food was delicious. I have family that have worked in the Memphis barbecue scene is for many years. They raved about how great the brisket was as did the rest of the guests. The Mac \\u0026 Cheese Rocked!!! Not only was the food delicious and generous portions, the staff was amazing. They were courteous, took time to answer questions about their mobile barbecue set up with people who are interested. From set up to take down. Truly a wonderful dining experience.“

“I had been craving barbecue for weeks. I had to go to Roseville for an errand , while driving around hungry I saw a dickies and decided to pull in. I meet the nicest people I had the best brisket sandwich I’ve had in years and the freshest crunchiest coleslaw. I walked out there one happy camper. Can’t wait to return.“

“Inflation busting Happy Hour!!! Wow! $4 for an extensive list of both food and beverage and HUGE portions?? Yes- they have both! It was very busy, but rightfully so with the deals they have going- plus sports on multiple TV's. Lively, happy & fun crowd. I think it's great to find such a value these days. “We had a 33rd birthday party for our son, his band and groupies, party of 11. The mgt Kien/Kenny was very accommodating with our reservation, running a slide show in our private room and the lobby while our guests arrived. The seafood pancakes, desert, and spinning the prize wheel were unexpected treats. Some may think it's pricey but when I consider that for the price I would pay for a basic Rib Eye dinner elsewhere, I can have as much Rib Eye, as well as a variety of other meats, chicken, shrimp, sides as I can possibly eat, it's very reasonable. Most of our group were 1st timers, so the cultural experience of new foods, cooking at your table the way you like, made for a unique experience. Our group of 20 something yr old punk rockers had a lot of fun, the service and food were excellent. We'll be back...ps. call ahead to gauge the crowd and bring an appetite.“

Loved the mac salad, and the bbq meat I ordered was delicious, especially the beef!! 🤤🤤🤤 Masubi was good too, though I agree with other reviewers that the spam was pretty thin compared to other hawaiin bbq places. Still, it tasted very good! Will definitely come back.“
