“Shout out to Baran Mediterranean restaurant. We had a superbowl/ 50th birthday party yesterday and everything was literally perfect. Food/staff/ decorations/ cake, everything was perfect. There's nothing I would change or do differently. We had a party of 80 and everyone has been texting today saying how good the food was. Go try them out, you won't regret it. Owners are pretty amazing too, super friendly and down to earth. Thank you Baran!!!!❤️“

“So how many of us have been on the hunt for that mouth bursting Mediterranean flavor that doesn't disappoint! I've become much more aware of quality over quantity and the consequences of it! When you want to blend flavor and I do mean flavor with quality please don't hesitate to take a visit to La Verne's (Santorini) at Argo Mediterranean Grill, or its Santa Monica location! I was floored with the seasoning, and the hummus was the best I have had in years! There wasn't a dish that I didn't love! Coming back for more! 🤤“

“We ordered the spicy hummus, garlic fries, beef shawarma, babakenush?, and cauliflower. My friend saw the baclava and had to try it. So we started with desser. The pistachio was very crispy and chewy and was my friends favorite. The walnut was sweet and chewy which was my favorite. Everything was absolutely delicious! The spicy hummus had a little kick at the beginning but as we ate we didn't taste the kick anymore. The cauliflower is lightly fried and so freaking delicious! I ate it by itself or with some hummus. My friend ate it with the babakanush and some cauliflower sauce and was in love. I tried her babakanush. I don't like eggplant but this was really delicious! Had a lovely garlic flavor that was slightly addicting. The garlic fries was just fries sprinkled with garlic powder but dipped it in the hummus and it was good. The pitas were really good too. I could've eaten more if I wasn't so full. But the beef shawarma was freaking AMAZING!!!!! We both said this was the best Mediterranean food we've ever had. I said no tomatoes to my beef shawarma which I'm glad I did. The flavor was absolutely amazing without it. Definitely 10/10 no complaints at all. And service was awesome too! So kind, friendly, and funny. I can't wait to come back again!“

“I'm a pretty simple gal. Don't go out much to eat, but once in awhile for special occasions. My first time here the atmosphere fit my liking-no mass no fuss. We ordered the family style meal for 7. To my amazement they brought soo much food. So, if you visit this place you better be hungry! Good taste & reasonable. I'm pretty sure I will be going back here soon. Be aware though because this place is across Anaheim City Hall, you have to park at a parking structure, if there is none in the street.“

“Whoa! Wait... WHOA! I accidentally found this place because my local panaderia was closed today, and I was itching for something new. Never did I expect to find something THIS good!
And for those complaining about customer service... that is when you KNOW the food is bomb. Check your entitlement at the door. I'm simply grateful that SUCH a gem of a place to EXISTS! (Customer service was lovely and sweet, btw. Even if they hadn't been sweet, I respect their craft and appreciate good food when I experience it)!“

“I love this place....all their dishes are delicious....if you haven't tried it....please do....there's never a day that the lines are out the door....speaks volumes!!!! The owner is a wonderful man....George is his name. So next time you see him call him by his name and you'll see for yourself.... :-)“

“This place was amazing!!
My husband and I have tried a few Mediterranean restaurants and this one by far is our favorite one. We will be going back on a regular basis. The food tastes amazing and fresh. Owners are so welcoming.
We would highly recommend visiting! You won’t be disappointed.“
