“My boyfriend and I had a car issue so we decided to grab lunch randomly from this restaurant and we were not disappointed. it looks like a family business and everyone involved is super lovely and they make amazing food. My boyfriend got a beef wrap and I got a chicken Shawarma wrap. I have never had that quality of chicken Shawarma in my life. The spices and flavors were amazing and overall we had a super nice lunch. Highly recommend stopping by and trying their food. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.“

“Consistently the best tasteful quality of products across the whole menu. This place been there for over 45 years. Jack serves the best recepies using the most expensive meat for each of his menu items at a reasonable cost.
The place is known for his take-out more than dining in . There are about 6 tables only if you had a small party of 4-6 guests.
There's no wait if you pre-order on the phone. It's ready every single time. We dine on and order items to take out as well“

I had a poor quality meal in Little Tehran in L.A. last night, so the pressure was on, and Point 11 Persian Grill delivered. I highly recommend it! A few choices only available for dinner price($32.99). We ordered Skinny Dipping Cow; Karubi In Tokyo; Tried N True(Bulgogi, Tasty); Daa Pae Pork Belly; Surfin Shrimp(each order has 4 pieces); Winnie The Poohs Sn; Eight Firing Arms(spicy octopus, each order has 2 pieces). “I'm so used to getting rice that is room temperature at best. So I ordered the chicken shawarma rice bowl, and the first thing I notice is the rice is warm . . . like really warm. I also have a fear of really hot spicy food because it makes me sick. No problem here - the chicken was so delicious, and not "hot" spicy at all. Just a really great flavor. My friend ordered the same, and her reaction was the same. Great flavor, so tasty! The service was great too! But the very best part was the size of the serving - it was such a generous serving, I had to ask for a to-go container, and enjoyed it again later that day. The restaurant was light, bright and clean. I totally recommend this restaurant.“

“Earlier this year, they converted the Shawarma Palace Too cart to something else with neither shawarmas, nor vegan options. BOO! Then, to make matters worse, they suddenly dropped the fully-vegan Breakfast Shawarmup and replaced it with a "real" egg, dairy, and meat breakfast item. Ironically, this was at the height of of the egg shortage due to bird flu. Like… make it make sense, Disney. Anyway, the one cart in the main court of Avengers Campus does still offer the Impossible™ Victory Falafel for lunch or dinner, so I guess there's that. PREVIOUS REVIEW: It’s not clear in this listing, but just so everyone knows: there are TWO Shawarma Palace carts in Avengers Campus. One is located just past the main entrance to the campus, near the other restaurants in the quad area. The other one, called “Shawarma Palace Too: At Hyperion” is located near the secondary entrance to the campus coming from Hollywood Land. I’ll post photos. It’s a bummer that neither cart accepts mobile orders. It’s one of the few quick food places in DCA that forces you to do walk up. The main reason this bums me out is that the breakfast menu stops 11 am but they usually seem to run out of the Impossible™ Breakfast Sha-warm-up before 10:30, sometimes earlier. Sometimes we have to rush from one cart to the other in a desperate search for 2 breakfast shawarmas! I say “desperate” because this is our fave breakfast option in the whole resort, both parks included. It’s embarrassing how many selfies I’ve taken with the Breakfast Shawarmup. As for the post-breakfast option, the Impossible™ Victory Falafel. It’s just alright. Like others have said here, it’s not the best plant based menu option in DCA by any stretch. We tried it once just to see what it’s like. There were barely any of the pickled veggies and it feels like it would be vastly improved with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, maybe some fresh parsley. I’ll share photos of the before and after sauce to show off the skimpiness of the main ingredients. Updated from previous review on 2024-08-07“
