“I think I may have a small addition to the 2 for 1 special they have for under $20. Qty 2 1/4 🐔 chicken and 2 sides. I am in love with their stuffed 🍇 grape 🍃 leafs. I order it in Uber and we pick it up or have it delivered. Next time I'll take photos. I'll be back like Norm at Cheers 🍻“

“This place is DIVINE. I’d put it in the top 10 restaurants I’ve ever tried. Truly an incredible experience from the culinary aspect to the service to every attention to detail. The seating is a few tables outside, they brought us complimentary persian tea. Every meal is individually wrapped with cute, themed stickers and decor, which had a special touch. Definitely some of the best persian food I’ve ever had. I’m not a big tahchin person but you MUST get it here. The kabob plates came with salad shirazi as well. Also very affordable for the amount of food we got. Cannot wait to come back here!“

“We are blessed to have this King Mediterráneo in Torrance. The food is delicious and very generous on the portion served. When I go there, I always try to say hello to Ara or Norah. It is such a pleasure to see and talk to them, they make me feel that we are long time friends. For sure I recommend this place and give them a FIVE STAR rating. I assure you will not be disappointed. !!!!!!“

“Wow. I just put my fork in to pull some chicken meat off and it was so tender the bone popped right out (even though it wasn’t my intent) and came off 100% clean. Unreal.. reminds me of the food back home. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu including the fried eggplant vegan sandwich. We got the lemon chicken, falafel, and fried cauliflower, which is more like a cauliflower steak than florets. Delicious but just an fyi.“

“Best Persian food in the area. There is no cheating Persian food. It has to be fresh. Everything is made to order with quality. Chicken and beef are tender. The sides are amazing. My only gripe is I want them to get bigger but not lose their quality.“

Healthy good wholesome Mediterranean food
We had a cashier server named Tiani. She was so kind to my wife and I, gave us sincere service with a smile and checked on us after we started the grub fest just because.
She also gave us recommendations and insight on the differences between the spices for the chicken
It was A1 customer service so Thank You CM and Tiani!!

“TKS never disappoints! Their ingredients are fresh and good quality. The sauces and the fire hummus keep me coming back for more! “Chicken Dijon in Torrance, has really great food, the employees are always friendly, smiles and accommodating. I have been going for several years and will continue to patron this location. I also found them very smart in proving a free drink for a yelp. I think a trend offering this type of promotion would be good business.“

“Great food! Had the chicken shawarma and really enjoyed it. It came with pita bread, garlic dip, and two sides. There’s a long list of sides to choose from so you can mix and match to your desire. The chicken was tasty, juicy, and has the perfect char from cooking on the spit. The portion was very large and filled me up with some leftovers.
Staff was very friendly! Will be coming back and trying other items.“

“We had just landed and were in a hurry, looking for a quick bite before heading to Ventura—and Panini Kabob Grill exceeded every expectation.
From the moment we sat down, the service was exceptional. Danny, our server, was quick, attentive, and incredibly efficient—truly amazing. It’s rare to feel so well taken care of, especially when you’re short on time.
And the food… absolutely spectacular. The rice was perfectly cooked (Persian style), the salad was fresh (avocado on point) and vibrant, and the chicken was tender and full of flavor. Every bite was delicious.
What started as a quick stop turned into a standout experience. We’ll definitely be back.“

“We went to the Lantern Grill as a group of seven cyclists who had come from Orange County for lunch.
The owner of the restaurant greeted us warmly from the moment we walked in and was very friendly and generous, which we really appreciated. Our food was prepared relatively quickly, especially considering we were a larger group.
The overall quality of the food was average. Unfortunately, the rice and the pot roast were not hot when served. That took a bit of a toll on our experience.
Overall, this was a decent lunch stop with friendly service and could easily have been even better with a little improvement in the temperature and consistency of the food.“
