My order polo koobideh wrap was just okay (a bit much fattening dressing) but I am not an expert in Persian cuisine. The unusual draw back to our first time here was the overwhelming fume from the Simple Green cleaning solution. We drove off for few blocks but still FELT the smell was with us. I wish an alternative cleaning liquid will be used.“

I can honestly say in my last two weeks of eating out every day this was the best meal I've had since I've been to California. The staff was super helpful and friendly. It'd be nice if they could separate it somehow to avoid warm, soggy lettuce in some places. Portion sizes and quality are about fair for the price, but the yelp check in hummus is huge which makes it a great value imo. Interior and bathroom are clean and well maintained. Since I ordered a spicy sauce my husband, unfortunately, couldn’t eat it. I spoke to Jacob and he was very understanding and offered us an entirely new plate. “I came in here for a snack and found the interior to be a delightful surprise - how charming! The brightly colored painted walls and lights made it so bright, cheery, warm, and welcoming. The service here was focused, professional, and kind. I loved how our food was brought out on a charming tray and our server removed each individual item with care and patience. It was a quaint experience to end our night with. I was also surprised at the culinary experience. We did not order much, as it was only meant to be a snack. I felt that they went above and beyond to complete our dining experience. The food felt very homemade in the best way possible - it was homey and comforting. The bread that covered the spinach pie (which was way larger than I was expecting) was fluffy, filling, warm, and just out of this world. The ideal bread experience! I am personally not a fan of the chicken shawarma here - it was reminiscent of street food/the Halal guys in the sense that it was more boiled meat than shawarma meat.. but the garlic sauce was uhhhmazing, as was the hot sauce, which was spicy with a hint of a sweet aftertaste. I am not a huge fan of soda, but if you have not tried Vimto, it is a MUST try. It complemented our food so well and I was beyond satisfied with this purchase. “I have been coming to Panini Grill since the mid 2000's. I have been to at least five locations. The quality of every component of every dish is top notch every time. They have an excellent breakfast menu at this location and Park Place. I wish I had taken photos today because there were some gorgeous plates served today for brunch. Their entrees are always great. I have tasted chicken, koobideh, flat iron steak and salmon kabobs and all are great. You can get one chicken and one koobideh with rice and a salad for a reasonable price and it will last you for days. Salmon on top of a salad is also highly recommended. They accommodate large groups and have great service.“
