“The food tasted great and customer service was great. What i did not appreciate was the fact that we went to the buffet and my teenage son wanted to treat us well not knowing they had a table with dessert we asked if for everyone with buffet they said yes. When my son went to pay what was supposed to be $60 for 3 buffets was $85 because each item was individually priced on the dessert. Also they ran out of the meat that his friend enjoyed eating so he didn't get the full enjoyment of the buffet. They stated they would make sure not to run out we could come back tomorrow but at $85 that is way too much.“

“The customer service here is truly outstanding. We ordered the mixed kebab platter, Afghan burgers, and chicken biryani; everything was fresh and flavorful. Although the lamb Kebob was cooked slightly less than we preferred, the staff was exceptionally helpful and addressed our request immediately. “I have been a regular at Watan Halal Market and they never disappoint! Their fresh calf meat is always top quality, clean, tender and perfect for cooking. The meat I recently bought (pictured below) is a great example of the freshness and care they put into their products. We have also tried several local pizza places, including Twist, but my kids always prefer Watan’s pizza. It’s flavorful, well made, and perfect for family nights. Highly recommend Watan Halal Market for both your halal meat needs and a delicious pizza treat!“

“Afghan Fiji Halal Market is one of my favorite places for authentic Afghan food and groceries. The store is clean, well-stocked, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Their food is absolutely delicious—the kababs are flavorful, perfectly cooked, and some of the best I’ve had. The Qabuli Palaw is outstanding, with tender meat, perfectly seasoned rice, and just the right amount of sweetness from the raisins and carrots. The Chapati Naan is the best—always fresh, soft, and full of authentic flavor. They also serve what I consider some of the best pizza in town—fresh, tasty, and always satisfying.

What really sets this place apart is the value. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other markets, and the quality of both the food and groceries is excellent. Everything tastes fresh and homemade, and you get great portions for the price. Highly recommend stopping by for both their groceries and their amazing food!“

“Afghan Ice Cream & Grill is one of the only places I found everything fairly good. Here I had the traditional and athletic Qabli Palaw in which lamb and rice are simmered together which gives it the true flavor of Qabli, which is hard to find. The price was fair and a service with humility. Even though it’s a small place but the evening summer breeze on the patio made everything more pleasant.“

“I don't know, some food is amazing like the Donair, however the falafel was so old, maybe made in the morning. Do not re heat falafel it's nowhere near as good, cmon man. Shop was also randomly closed today with no warning. Please use Google maps to update your hours and closing/opening times. And post it for people. This can be a very successful restaurant if managed properly. Best of luck to you and your family. I will be back for the kabobs.“

“The food is very good for the price you pay. My husband and I love the goat curry, chicken masala, nan garlic bread and beef kebab. The staff is very friendly and helpful, Leticia is such a sweet lady, always checking us what we need with a smile always. She’s very pleasant and nice. We will definitely coming back again. ❤️“
