“Fantastic customer service! I ordered from the app and DoorDash was supposed to deliver. I had a lot to get done at work and didn’t want to leave. After waiting more than 40 mins, the driver marked it as delivered but was a no-show. There were people out from of my work during the time the driver said it was delivered, and my guys said nobody came by. I reported it to DoorDash and Jamba. The owner of the location called me and got this all sorted out, and she even had one of the employees bring me exactly what I originally ordered. “I love Jamba juice and find myself there probably 3 to 4 times out of the week. The staff is nothing short of amazing and keep in mind they are located in the heart of downtown Sacramento and still managed to be very very helpful polite and informative every visit despite all of the disruptions and high traffic. Ben is amazing and delivers consistently exceptional customer service so exceptional that I now mix smoothie flavors and craft my own drink. They are a little pricey but the produce and fruit is very very fresh the most amazing smoothies I've never disappoint.“

“This place is so delicious! Walking distance from me, so my boyfriend and I walk down there frequently. The owner is so nice and accommodating. The boba is so fresh and soft, but not mushy— perfect texture. All the tea drinks I’ve had were all delicious and my boyfriend always gets a super cup rose milk tea and finishes the whole thing! I’ve been getting the popcorn chicken recently, which is dangerously addictive. Can’t wait to explore this massive menu some more!“

“Passed by this Dutch Bros location on Kiefer Blvd earlier this afternoon. This is My first time going to this Dutch Bros location in the Rosemont area of Sacramento. I pressed the button at the walk-up window for help. I was greeted by the barista. I ordered a Large Caramelizer Blended with whipped cream on top and caramel swirl all around it. I paid in cash for My order. The service was quick and easy. I was the only person at the walk-up window. My experience at this Dutch Bros location was very good. Honestly, I prefer Dutch Bros over Starbucks.“

“My daughters and I travel frequently from Fairfield to Sacramento to eat at this restaurant. The food is always perfection! Absolutely delicious each and every time. We love coming here and we love the owner, so glad she came back! She always greets us with a smile and is happy to see us, as we are happy to see her.“

“We love coming here!! It is two adults with three kids and it can get pricey. However, the food is DELICIOUS and my kids will actually eat all their food so we know it will be worth it. The owner is always so kind and sweet. He always makes sure to make sure we have everything. Once I had gone with just my kids and he helped create a safe place for them there and I appreciate that so much. They now also have games to play and the best part is that they are free. He could charge lots for arcade games and doesn't - I think that says a lot about him. We will definitely continue being loyal customers here!“

“YES, Please! Cap City’s açaí bowls are the Best in the Biz! I’ve had açaí bowls from Sac to Monterey, CA and none are better prepared, taste, or as big as Cap City! This is my all time fav! I just wish they were open on Sunday because I’m coming from Roseville and can’t always make it after work. The service is great, keep up the awesome work!

“Dutch Bros Coffee is a fabulous place for coffee drinks and variety of other types of drinks. This place is an excellent alternative to Starbucks and frankly, I believe Dutch Bros Coffee is better. I usually get a Mocha drink. I'll get an Ice Blended in the summertime or nice & hot in the wintertime. There coffee is very delicious, refreshing & soothing, which is how coffee should be. All the locations operate as a drive-thru with some of friendliest & good looking employees you'd ever want to meet taking your orders. Some locations also have walk-up service with a couple of patio tables outside so you can relax & enjoy your tasty drink right away.“

“I love this place it's my go-to when I need my pick-me-up the staff is always super friendly even when the lines are long their service is super fast if you're not happy with your order they've always honored and exchange for something more to your liking everything on their menu is completely customizable on their menu just know you can get it exactly how you want it, also I love the fact that they have pups for a fuzzy family members at home!

Kid-friendliness: They always ask if the kid want something to drink and let you know that they do offer drinks without caffeine in them, my daughter loves to get a muffin top and one of their kids size shakes.“

Today around 5:30 pm, I got off work and I was very tired and dehydrated, so I went to Dutch bros and the guy that had a full beard helped me out. I usually don’t give reviews but he was very nice and he gave me a drink suggestion after I asked him what he suggested and so I appreciate that. He also made the drink in less than 2 mins so he was pretty fast. Again, I don’t give much reviews but thank you so much brother. He knows who he is. I forgot to ask him for his name. But I will attach a picture of the drink!!!“

“Ive been coming here since the owners had it as a Quickly, I miss the huge cup sizes they had lol. I dont go as often since I moved away, but whenever im in the area i stop in. Really lovely place to read, study or chill with friends (the beware its a guarantee you'll buy more snacks cause their food is always so yummy). All the staff are great, and they usually play music. I love when its kpop or jpop, but sometimes theres lofi, or cdrama ost playing too. Also I often get delivery from them (despite the far away fee) because this is one of the few places that dont add extra ice to their delivery teas, and their food always tastes just as good as when I walk in. I do wish they had more unsweet options for their teas, but some of their teas do go as low as 50% sweetness. I just hope they bring back a rose tea option, it was my favorite tea when I first started coming here.“

I got the tiramisu drink at 50 percent sweet. Didn’t want to grab a coffee drink at 4:00 pm, so this was perfect. We had to make a quick stop so appreciated the fast service. Overall 5/5.“

“I’ve been a loyal customer of Afghan Ice Cream and Grill for quite some time, and my experience has always been exceptional. I’ve been eagerly waiting for their samosas, which were often sold out when I visited. One day, I called ahead to see if they had any in stock, and the owner not only offered to make a fresh batch just for me, but also insisted that I didn’t have to pay for them. It’s gestures like these that truly set this place apart. Highly recommend their delicious food and outstanding customer service!“

“I have to say the choices of the different boba drinks was great and to top it off the choice of food and snacks looked really good. We chose the popcorn chicken which was hot and fresh and tasted great. As for the staff they were all extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. The interior of the store was clean and well laid out.
To be honest the only detractor from our visit was the neighborhood between the number of homeless and sad say tweakers outside the shop didn't feel like it was the safest.
