“I empathize with those who had a bad experience here. My experience today was great. I got there promptly at 8am and was told that they just got back power so my food wouldn't be ready in a timely manner. The Staff that served me was apologetic and asked if I wanted to wait, I opted to wait, he gave me a cup of hot coffee while I waited and a coupon for my inconvenience. Things can go wrong and can be beyond employees control but the way that it is addressed is important to me.“

“I placed an order on Ubereats wanting to schedule the next day but there was an issue. I called and Matthew picked up. I told him about my issue and he was super nice about it. I ended up coming later in the day but he wasn’t there however the cashier knew about it and handled like a breeze. I really appreciate their kindness! Thank you Matthew and the cashier!“

“This Taco Bell location is one of the cleanest and most well-kept branches I’ve visited.
The dining area is spotless, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming every time. It’s great that they also have clean restrooms available for customers — makes the experience much more comfortable.
The food always comes out fresh, and the service is fast even during busy hours.
You can tell the team here cares about keeping everything running smoothly.
Definitely one of the best Taco Bells around.“

“It's kinda crazy to write a review about a fast food corporate place... BUT this is my go to spot. I've been a regular at this location for almost 5 years and the staff is the best around. They are always so nice and kind. Of course there are mistakes and not great items, but we are all human. The staff makes up for it time and time again. The line also always moves fast!“

“The bell was once the best in the west back when you could spend $5 and be totally full plues drink as much soda as you wanted now soda is almost all you get for $5 but it's still the tastiest food on the rush to bad management seems to suck at most locations 🌮🔔 bring back the 90s !!!!!!!“

“There was so much people at the drive thru, but the young girl who was cashier was so so sweet! Very thoughtful, apologized for my wait and handled my order very quickly :) I made a few mistakes but they didn’t express irritation and was very patient with me. “After a long day of fishing I didn't feel like cooking so I grabbed some taco bell to go. I ordered the supreme box meal and I was completely satisfied after eating my meal. I frequent this location often as I live in the area and their very consistent with their service and quality of their food. “I always order a soft taco with extra beef and 3 cheese blend. Sometimes not everything I request is remembered. This day my taco was perfect. I tried something new which was the grilled cheese chalupa. It was far better than I could ever have imagined. I will order it again. But I was so thrilled to have the Mexican pizza back. There is a big debate over whether or not the product has changed. I can't tell any difference and I don't care because I enjoyed eating it so much. I have heard that demand has far exceeded supply and they need time to catch up. Please be quick. And bring back the enchirito. I have to order a burrito with rice lettuce black beans cheese and sour cream. Then I have them cover it with red sauce and 3 cheese blend. I also miss the nacho supreme. The Belgrande is too much food. And the triple layer nachos is wonderful if u add beef and 3 cheese blend. Perfect snack. My 17 year old son misses the beefy fritos burrito. I hope their menu recovers from covid deprivation. And long live the Mexican pizza!“

“I came to the mall with my mother and we stopped by Taco Bell to eat. A man there named Kenneth was working and dealing with a lady who was extremely demanding. He did everything she asked with professionalism and then helped my mother and I. He was extremely respectful and didn’t let the previous encounter transfer over to ours. He kept a smile on his face and had a great attitude. He went above and beyond for us as I am picky. He was absolutely wonderful! I can’t wait to see him and his great energy my next visit.“

“1st time goin since opening, of course bcuz double-decker returned!!! My son LOVED his Luxe- Box!! My grandkids tore their cheese-roll & soft-taco UP!! My double-deckers were AMAZING & EVERYTHING was freshly made!!! Only 1 THING- I know its not workers but maybe 🤔 company itself- ground beef has ZERO flavor anymore...it's purely greased-over & most places do the same....just want some spices 2 come thru, how it use 2 b in the meat!! “This was my first time being at this particular location. I have to say the way this location made every single item of my order has to be THE BEST EVER than any other Taco Bell location I've EVER been to. I was surprised that each item was prepared perfectly.. from the perfect portion of meat, to perfect portion of veggies, with just the right amount of cheese. I had a Deluxe Box and a Mexican Pizza and I can tell whoever prepared it, prepared it with care and has a passion for cooking/food prep/food. I applaud and give compliments to the chef. I also have the Taco Bell App and had forgotten to present it at the register for rewards points, and the cashier, who was very kind and gave great customer service kindly showed me that I can scan the barcode on the receipt to be able to earn points for my purchase. I'm not from nor do I live in the Sacramento, but I would most definitely come back to this Taco Bell again if/when if I ever am in this area.“

In addition to doing his job well, he is sincerely welcoming and gracious to each customer. This particular location stumbled a LOT when it opened a few years ago, but the employees they have now are really making it work.“
