“I have been coming here for awhile thanks to my wife's coffee addiction... All the staff that has served us has been helpful and the coffee tastes great (not too sweet, not too harsh). You do need to walk in to order/ pickup but the ambiance inside is great and welcoming. If you decide to try the food the chicken Pesto sandwich is amazing.“

Long wait to order but drink prepared pretty quickly and delicious - checked out the summer menu’s strawberry matcha. Place was clean and friendly, well air conditioned. “This is my third time visiting this restaurant/coffee shop, and every single visit has been outstanding. I absolutely love the atmosphere. The prices are great, the food is delightful, and the portions are out of this world—so much food! I still can’t believe I live less than a mile away.

I want to give a very special shout-out to Gio/Geo. He was my server during my previous visit, and his customer service has been top-tier every time.

Today, Sunday 11/16/25, I rushed straight here from work in Orange County because he genuinely made my last experience unforgettable. It was very busy, and even though he wasn’t a server today, the moment he noticed I had been unattended for a few minutes, he immediately came to assist me. He took my order on the spot and once again saved the day!

This young man is truly a gem, and I hope to see him here every time I visit. He has made my experience phenomenal not once, but twice in a row. If I could give him a raise myself, I would—but since I can’t, I sincerely hope someone in management sees this:

“I can’t say enough good things about this Dutch Bros location. I was having an incredibly rough morning and decided to stop by for a drink, hoping it might help lift my spirits. While waiting in line, I was overwhelmed with emotion and couldn’t stop crying, even though I tried to hold it together.

The barista who took my order was truly the kindest soul. She noticed something was wrong, showed genuine concern, and took a moment to ask if I was okay. Her compassion alone meant more than she probably realized. She even added a few extra touches to my drink at no cost, which completely caught me off guard and made me feel so cared for.

This experience reminded me why I love Dutch Bros so much—their positivity, kindness, and authentic care for their customers really set them apart. I highly recommend this location, not just for the great drinks, but for the incredible people who work there.“

This Starbucks is truly a hidden gem and easily my favorite location in San Bernardino. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly, fast, and welcoming.

I drive from Grand Terrace to come to this location because it’s on my way to work and always worth it. There’s rarely a line in the mornings, my food is always fresh and never burnt, and the drinks are made perfectly every time.

They have my favorite nugget ice, are kind enough to refill my ice water, and one of the ladies has the sweetest England accent—it genuinely makes my mornings better. You can also walk up and easily pick up your orders, which is a huge plus.

Reliable, efficient, and enjoyable every visit. Highly recommend! ☕️✨“

“I love drinking Dutch Bros. They have great drinks and alternatives if you don't want coffee. My favorite is the hazelnut mocha truffle blended or hot, it's usually a sessional drink. Dutch Bros. for sure rivals Starbucks to the point where I stopped going to Starbucks as frequently as before this location opened. The wait here isn't too long as long as there isn't anything being given away, then at that point, you're going to have to wait or go to another Dutch bros.“

“On 3 December 2025 at approximately 9:00 pm or earlier I swung by the drive thru and ordered an extra large black coffee with lite ice (I have yet to remember the size names). The young lady at the window showed a bit of unexpected kindness that I was not prepared for nor am I used to. I politely declined but she insisted and I went about my way. Feeling terrible about her gesture I returned les than 15 mins later went inside and left a tip and stated to her I didn't deserve the kind gesture. As I left she called out for me from the drive thru window and asked if I was ok. I mumbled something that escapes me at the moment and continued to my car and drove away. The point of this review to apologize to that young lady for my behavior. I've never been comfortable with people doing nice things for me. I am too embarrassed to return to apologize, so hopefully this somehow makes it to her. Perhaps in a few months when my face is forgotten I can return. Thanks again to that young lady for showing kindness and don't let a-holes like me dim that light!“

“My first time ordering there. I feel under the weather and I order the Pho Special.. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant,when I got there they had quite a few people so that means something...that is a good place!!! The soup hit the spot.. was very good and tasty. Good food, friendly staff and for the price was not bad at all.
