“I always come into this Starbucks almost everyday and today I had an incident where a man approached me asking me for change and asking if he can come with me.. I had already had my drink in my hand and kept backing away from him as I was telling him no he kept getting close to me and insisted on coming with me so I immediately went back inside and asked the employee for help, I didn’t get her name or the managers name but the manager (Really tall guy with dark hair) walked me to my car and waited till I got inside. It was the most scary thing for me and I’m so thankful to have had help from the employees!“
“First experience with a drive thru only Starbucks. Coffee was excellent as expected. The morning staff did not meet my high expectations of friendliness and efficiency typical at walk-in Starbucks. I was surprised but everything worked out fine. BTW: there was no outside seating as shown in the pictures.
Parking: Limited but adequate parking for a drive thru / walk-up location“
“.....Look. I know it's another Starbucks. What stands out here is the attention to Customer Service without the snotty look. I came in for the "Coffe Keg" and they helped me out without making me feel dumb or out of place. The Coffee was to reward the nurses on the 9th floor at Loma Linda that were attending to my wife. The Young lady with the Red and Black long sleeve who unfortunately had lost a loved one a year ago was so sympathetic to me as I quickly shared our story of Pain but Hope in the LORD'S Healing Power!Thanks Team for making this and my return Visits worth while.May GOD Bless You All!!
Dietary restrictions: Always request anything that can make your drink less sugary.
Parking: As mentioned to me. This can be a sketchy area at night so be safe.
Kid-friendliness: Good for the kiddos. Especially the outdoor seating.

“On 3 December 2025 at approximately 9:00 pm or earlier I swung by the drive thru and ordered an extra large black coffee with lite ice (I have yet to remember the size names). The young lady at the window showed a bit of unexpected kindness that I was not prepared for nor am I used to. I politely declined but she insisted and I went about my way. Feeling terrible about her gesture I returned les than 15 mins later went inside and left a tip and stated to her I didn't deserve the kind gesture. As I left she called out for me from the drive thru window and asked if I was ok. I mumbled something that escapes me at the moment and continued to my car and drove away. The point of this review to apologize to that young lady for my behavior. I've never been comfortable with people doing nice things for me. I am too embarrassed to return to apologize, so hopefully this somehow makes it to her. Perhaps in a few months when my face is forgotten I can return. Thanks again to that young lady for showing kindness and don't let a-holes like me dim that light!“

“It was a gentleman there, young guy and he just had some good spirits about him. And I ask him how much more was on my card and he told me. I said you kept that for yourself, he said. Are you sure that's a lot? I said sure.You never know. How you make a person day be nice.

“I usually stop by the Starbucks on West 2nd Street in San Bernardino on my way to work. Today their Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino was unavailable, so I went to the Starbucks on 5th Street instead. Like other Starbucks locations, this location also serves hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, micro-ground instant coffee known such as VIA, Espresso, Caffe Latte, full and loose-leaf teas including Teavana tea products. They also serve Evolution Fresh juices, Frappuccino beverages, La Boulange pastries, and snacks including items such as chips and crackers. They also sell pre-packaged food items, hot and cold sandwiches, and drinkware, including mugs and tumblers. I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, Iced Caramel Macchiato, and Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes through the drive-thru. There’s not much to say about the taste - the food and drinks were just like any other Starbucks, consistent and familiar. Since I ordered through the drive-thru, I can’t comment on the ambiance of this Starbucks location. The prices were reasonable, and the overall service was praiseworthy.“
“From all the Starbucks I have been through in San Bernardino. This is my favorite one. Every one there is very friendly and kind. They have great customer service and even if drive thru is packed . It goes by fast. It's Starbucks I need it to get me through my day. And I have the patience to wait in line. Just to see all the batistas happy to see you. They always greet you with a smile ?“
“I frequent this starbucks and the staff in the drive thru is amazing. I rarely go into the store but I know the drive thru employees have a good vibe about them.
Marcella is also great.
I've been through a lot of other starbucks drive thrus and they aren't as friendly as they are here.
Oh and when I ask for extra caramel and whip they understand the assignment at this particular store.

“Lines are super long, but to be fair, everyone loves it here! Drinks are always better than other Starbucks, and staff is so sweet and friendly. They’re very helpful and the girlies there are just *chefs kiss* immaculate service and conversation!“
