“We came because we saw it is a relatively new place and had good reviews. Unfortunately, we did not find the food to be very good. I would say for price to quality, it was pretty average at best. In my opinion, the pizza was below average. It was a strange combination of the pretty good cheese and chicken combined with a horrendous crust. The shrimp pasta was alright while the carbonara was probably the best thing the table got. Additionally, while our server was great, they were spread so thin across all the tables in the front and back that it was tough to really ask for anything. I will come back another day and chalk it all up to just being an off day for the restaurant.“

“One of my favorite local dive bars. The crowd is always friendly, and it’s easy to strike up a conversation with people. Liz behind the bar is the best—super welcoming and makes killer margaritas and lemon drops. They also serve pizza from Sonny’s, a local Italian spot, and it’s honestly some of the best bar food around. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re in the area.“

“If you’re craving classic, American-style delivery pizza, Papa John’s delivers a solid option. The crust is on the softer, doughy side with a slight sweetness, and the garlic butter dip is honestly the MVP—it kicks up the flavor big time. Toppings are generous, especially on specialty pies like The Works or the BBQ Chicken Bacon.
The pizza can be a bit greasy, and if it’s a busy night, timing can be hit or miss. But overall, it’s consistent, hot, and a step above some other big chains.“

“Lunch special half pizza and drink for $7.99. The bbq blaze with arugula and hot honey drizzle does present well and tastes gourmet. Blood orange lemonade pairs well. This is a good deal, especially compared to a $12.39 Big Mac meal. Service was quick and atmosphere is a modern industrial vibe with 80s on the speakers is a bonus.“

“We had been waiting to try a really good NYC pie in our own back yard again… Ryno’s did not disappoint! You could taste fermentation in the dough, the sweetness in the tomatoes, and the freshness of the cheeses… I gave it a four out five stars only based on the fact I could not request my pie to well done on the site, I like the snap … we will definitely order again. Welcome Ryno’s to San Clemente!“
