“One of the best açaís I’ve tried in SD. I was craving one today and it was so good I am thinking about going back tomorrow to have another one. My toddler had one too, he’s 3 years old, he ate all his small one with fruits and came to grab mine too lol
I got mine with strawberries, blueberries, dry milk, almond butter (amazing!!) and chia pudding (amazing!!).
Staff was really nice too!! I’ll definitely become a regular whenever I stop by the mall. 🙃“

“I’ve been ordering meals from Lean Machine for years. I’ve tired a few other meal service companies but no one compares. They’re the only ones that allow you to customize your meals by portion, carb, protein and vegetable choice. They also have great customer service.“

“This is a smoothie made from scoops of various plant based powders, ice and water. It’s packed with protein and is low calorie and is delicious. I had the peanut butter cup smoothie which was wonderful. Also super nice people, family owned business.“

“Today we decided to try a new protein smoothie place and we were pleasantly surprised.Service was quick and friendly.They have an extensive delicious menu on protein shakes. They have different add ons: we added a post workout shot and fiber to our smoothies. I thought these add ons were unique!The best of all is that the shakes are delicious without any milk!!! Definitely coming back and 200% recommended!“

“I have got to say…. I am so happy we decided to do this for our pup, Cash. We have a 6 month old Rottie and I was so happy to introduce these products. First thing given was the rabbit foot. He played with it for a couple minutes to eventually devouring it! Next was the Lamb Trachea. Again, being foreign, he played with it for a couple of minutes and then devoured it. My boy devoured the rabbit head and Cow ear I loved being able to see the teeth. To know that my boy is gaining these nutrients as a chew is awesome. Those are the only four items we have tried. He has eaten three rabbit feet, one cow ear, one rabbit head and two tracheas. So happy we made this decision. I now live in North Dakota but I am from SD and love that we’re able to support a small company. Would love to continue supporting the best ways possible. Keep up the great work!!“

“Just ate here. The bread for the avocado toast and the PB&j is delicious!! The açaí bowl was brimming with fruit. Yum. It’s a small place so iit takes a little longer to get your food but it’s worth the wait. Perfect for a casual breakfast.“

“Loved the Gluten Free lunch menu options at True Food SD, but if you have an allergy to wheat, please be sure to double check with chef before ordering anything. GF is not always safe for those with wheat/oat/barley allergies. Waitress had a hard time comprehending this, but chef understood completely! Amazing chef! 💖 It would be AWESOME if the owner offered Soy milk in addition to Oat milk. (Couldn’t have coffee because of an oat allergy, and they have no other cream options sadly). Overall, beautiful setting and beautiful souls working the tables and bar. I’ll be back for sure! 💕“

“Awesome, healthy, delicious food. Decent prices. Nice little spot right on Pacific Beach. The avocado toast with pesto is a generous size. The southwest wrap was our other favorite. Both delicious! Will definitely be back!“
