“Everyone was amazing. It was a little busy in there, but very efficient. They called out orders one right after another. Everyone works in tandem, there. It's really a pleasure, and they gave me all the sauces that I need, exactly like I asked no. Questions asked, it was very, very comfortable and clean. I noticed someone was going around cleaning. “Decent place. the food is standard JB. The location atmosphere is why I go. It isnt loaded with homeless. Its clean. The staff is hit or miss. I get it, you work at Jack, but if I'm not rude please dont be rude to me. Its still 1000x better than the trolley location which is closer to me. You lose a star for your cara de papa.“

“I went through the drive-through, not knowing exactly what I wanted and they were so patient and helped me figure out how to order what I wanted in the most cost-effective way. They were so patient and it was probably the best customer service I have had in a while. I am right around the corner from this location and it is the only one that I will go to. “We tend to come here weekly via the drive thru at various times (don't judge me 😄) and the employees are quick, efficient and everyone is always pleasant. I have kids that don't like certain things on their burger and the food is always made just right (which I truly appreciate). Simon is our favorite employee, he's always friendly and makes sure we get everything we need, whether it be getting enough ketchup or offering me a big bag to carry all my orders in. “I visited late at night (24 hrs) and received prompt courteous service. The windows attendee was gratuitously patient for my unique situation which can feel like a rare attribute sometimes in this hurried world. A welcome relief and the food was, as Jack consistently is, very tasty.“

“Stopped to try the Deadpool x Wolverine chimichangas and spicy chicken box ?! We were psyched... not quite sure why - but with the hype of the film, why the hell not, right? That being said, the drive thru got the order wrong. First, there was a wait, so it was an extended visit. Then after realizing the order was wrong... I had to go in anyway. Then wait for someone to actually pay attention to me, then wait longer for them to adjust the order. They threw in extra fries for the inconvenience, which was thoughtful, but it wasn't what I was there for. End result, everything was petty good! Enjoyed.“

Evenings not busy. Perfect for students as it gets busy lunch hours when cycles are parked in a cell and students run here. Its a comfortable seating for dineins. Well the strawberry shake costs you around $2. Thats plenty to fill up if you are hungry and tastes very good. After going here i understand health better as they are clean.“

“Clean and fast but difficult to find parking on the designated lot so I park on the street. Definitely less stressful.
Food is always on point.
Dining area is spotless and staff are for the most part friendly and welcoming.
Sometimes app deals that are available are not available in store to order - which is upsetting especially when you're hungry and craving it.
Gotta love the Sourdough Jack though... my go to when I want a solid filling meal.“

“Wendy is such a real one! I’ve been spending a lot of super late nights at school recently, so I always end up going to this Jack-in-the-Box at around 3 AM, and I always feel bad getting any fast food that late because I don’t wanna be a nuisance to the workers. A lot of the times the people I get late at night tend to be a bit rude, however, that wasn’t the case for Wendy. Despite the late hour, she was super nice and friendly towards me and it really made my night. Now that I’m becoming a regular at this Jack-in-the-Box I do hope to run into her more often.“

“No frills ordering system which worked well. Food was a little slow to come out but given the size of the place thats understandable. I had the loaded breakfast sandwich and it was hot and as any other that I've had before which was good. I believe the price was inflated somewhat due to it being an airport location. It was a little over 11 dollars as a combo. I added an orange juice for 89 cents which seemed like great value when they were selling them for $5.49 at a cart a couple of minute walk away.“

“Much better than the last time I went (I made the mistake of trying a chocolate shake at lunch then)! Very busy, but being efficiently handled. The breakfast food is always good (my go-to is the #25 Ultimate breakfast sandwich combo), and they were just busy enough the wait was short and the food hot. The breakfast staff ALSO always gets my order right. The atmosphere can be a bit iffy, since this location is at a very busy trolley stop, but today there were not many concerns, and folks were mostly respectful, when not outright helpful and friendly.“
“The only place to go late at night. all the others are closed. But that aside, the menu is very good. Chicken sandwiches and fingers, Teriyaki bowls and burgers, the tacos are very good and make a perfect end to a night of drinking. The spicy chicken sandwich is very good as is the Jumbo Jack. I can't think of anything that I don't like. I usually order enough for the next day as well. They serve breakfast all day and night. The breakfasts are outstanding with pancakes and eggs and sausages and Bacon. Their double sausage with egg, is really good. I know it is probably not good for my heart, but who wants to live through the invasion anyway. This food is great, 24 hour service and they even have desert. I have no complaints. This is a place that cost me about $35 for dinner. But Wendy's usually cost me $40 and they haven't gotten a order right in over two years. Jack in the box Miramar Road is my choice of stores.“

“Usually good food. Sometimes it's not fresh so I take it back and that's handled without a problem. Every once in a while an inexperienced worker 'gets' snappy or unprofessional. Management is then informed and order is comped or quickly made right. ⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“The service was great and being it's inside the airport you would think that it would be a long time to get your order but, i got mine in under 10 minutes. The staff are are awesome and the little place is very clean. I will definitely eat there again when i fly to San Diego..
