“Everyone was amazing. It was a little busy in there, but very efficient. They called out orders one right after another. Everyone works in tandem, there. It's really a pleasure, and they gave me all the sauces that I need, exactly like I asked no. Questions asked, it was very, very comfortable and clean. I noticed someone was going around cleaning. “We tend to come here weekly via the drive thru at various times (don't judge me 😄) and the employees are quick, efficient and everyone is always pleasant. I have kids that don't like certain things on their burger and the food is always made just right (which I truly appreciate). Simon is our favorite employee, he's always friendly and makes sure we get everything we need, whether it be getting enough ketchup or offering me a big bag to carry all my orders in. “Hmm, I was told this place was fire. So I decided to go. Sadly, the place was really dirty which makes for an un-appetizing dining experience. Next- the cashier was rude and made me feel like I was holding her up because I didn't decide what I wanted in .25 seconds. My first time- cut me some slack. I like to read the menu before I decide what I'd like to eat. Lastly, it was not "fast food" at all. It took over 10 minutes to get it. The taste was pretty good but after all that, I had lost my excitement about dining there. Not enjoyable for me at that location but I'll give them another try at a different spot. 🤷‍♀️“

I had the best burger I may have had in any fast food or sit down restaurant. It looked just like the picture and it tasted even better. The bun was fluffy. The meat was juicy and flavorful.The lettuce and tomato were fresh.
I’m not a big meat eater, but I finished this burger and I eat the fries too. They were hot and crisp quite flavorful and all it was really delicious. Our thanks to the crew and especially the cook. Will be back. I don’t do fast food but will be back. It’ll probably be on a Tuesday evening too. We happen to stop in because we were doing some shopping and I was getting hungry and I’m really glad we stopped in. I forgot to mention we are in our car so the pictures don’t do the burger justice at all, but even with that said they still look better than any burger I’ve gotten in any fast food restaurant in my lifetime I think. They look just like the photos.

Evenings not busy. Perfect for students as it gets busy lunch hours when cycles are parked in a cell and students run here. Its a comfortable seating for dineins. Well the strawberry shake costs you around $2. Thats plenty to fill up if you are hungry and tastes very good. After going here i understand health better as they are clean.“

“Stopped to try the Deadpool x Wolverine chimichangas and spicy chicken box ?! We were psyched... not quite sure why - but with the hype of the film, why the hell not, right? That being said, the drive thru got the order wrong. First, there was a wait, so it was an extended visit. Then after realizing the order was wrong... I had to go in anyway. Then wait for someone to actually pay attention to me, then wait longer for them to adjust the order. They threw in extra fries for the inconvenience, which was thoughtful, but it wasn't what I was there for. End result, everything was petty good! Enjoyed.“

I’ve been spending a lot of super late nights at school recently, so I always end up going to this Jack-in-the-Box at around 3 AM, and I always feel bad getting any fast food that late because I don’t wanna be a nuisance to the workers. A lot of the times the people I get late at night tend to be a bit rude, however, that wasn’t the case for Wendy. Despite the late hour, she was super nice and friendly towards me and it really made my night. Now that I’m becoming a regular at this Jack-in-the-Box I do hope to run into her more often.“

Despite being the only staff member on duty, they kept everything running smoothly. Manager and crew here were helpful as I struggled with the kiosk. Normally I walk away when I see the kiosk, but a young gentleman restocking fries asked if I needed help. I explained my issue, and a manager assisted us in the purchase of my Sourdough Jack combo. Thanks manager and crew, it’s never good walking away hungry or frustrated or both. “The only place to go late at night. all the others are closed. But that aside, the menu is very good. Chicken sandwiches and fingers, Teriyaki bowls and burgers, the tacos are very good and make a perfect end to a night of drinking. The spicy chicken sandwich is very good as is the Jumbo Jack. I can't think of anything that I don't like. I usually order enough for the next day as well. They serve breakfast all day and night. The breakfasts are outstanding with pancakes and eggs and sausages and Bacon. Their double sausage with egg, is really good. I know it is probably not good for my heart, but who wants to live through the invasion anyway. This food is great, 24 hour service and they even have desert. I have no complaints. This is a place that cost me about $35 for dinner. But Wendy's usually cost me $40 and they haven't gotten a order right in over two years. Jack in the box Miramar Road is my choice of stores.“

“I love you guys but I am really bummed that your restaurant location is no longer available/shown on the mobile app. Are you guys receiving mobile app or online orders. It is super frustrating. I now can only place orders to Midway location. I think this was due to your location’s card acceptance being down, but now that it is back up, I still can not use the app or my web browser to order from your location. “It's pretty good food, the burgers are a little small. The only reason service isn't five star is because out of every time I've gone, they have never once remembered to give me a straw whi h is a minor inconvenience but certainly worth mentioning.“

“This is my neighborhood Jack In The Box, and in my experience the service here is always very friendly! I've never had a bad order here, the food is always piping hot / fresh - covering everything from burgers, chicken tenders, fries, egg rolls, tacos, etc. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a fast-food drive-thru location in the area, just avoid the wandering zombies that on occasion linger on the east side of the restaurant facing Front Street, they usually are trying to panhandle passing cars, not the restaurants fault - blame our local government.

Just be aware, I believe this is drive-thru only, I don't think it has any indoor-dining space, and the walk-up order window is typically closed (I've never seen it open anyway, probably due to the aforementioned zombies).

It's a great Jack-in-the-Box either way, the drive-thru line moves quickly, and they aren't sketchy like the other closest one at University/8th which will close often before their indicated hours or frequently put up paper signs as "cash only" which is suspicious.

On the other hand, this location at West Washington Ave I've never experienced such antics, only positive experiences in my hankering for something delicious to satisfy my hunger! Keep doing what yall do ?❤️“
